WORST SERVICE EVER I went to go return an elf concealer on January 22 at 1:57 pm, I have never experienced someone so rude, I have worked in customer service, and retail and have never treated a customer so badly. A blonde teenager around the age of 18 was the rudest. I asked her what she said cause she was mumbling and I said "I'm sorry my hearing is bad, what was that?" The girl replied with "did you not hear me the first time we don't do exchanges, I asked if you wanted store credit." With the rudest attitude, I proceeded to go pay for the other concealer and she gave me the wrong amount because I had to go pay an extra 56 cents for my concealer I just returned. The only nice part was asset protection telling me to have a nice day. He knew more customer service than she did.

My daughter collects Rainbow High dolls and we can find the newest releases at this store location almost all of the time. This weekend we found the latest Pijama Party collection! And some extras!

Customer service doesn't exist at Target anymore. I placed an order for pick up and when I went to the store, they said they didn't have it in stock. After wasting an hour of time with customer service, they changed the pick up location. When I tried to call the location ahead of time to confirm for pick up no one answers the phone. Then when I finally get someone to answer they say "Dominos Pizza" and after joking around they're unable to provide any assistance. It's a shame I was given a gift card to this store. RIP Target. You used to be a great company and great place to shop. It's time to clean shop and do better. If not... time to buy puts.

This is for the Ulta section, train your employees better on how to talk to people. As a former employee at Sephora with more than 25 years experience in the beauty industry and a store manager one thing I cannot stand is a snippy beauty advisor. As I am just enjoying a day out and listening to my music this girl Ash comes up from behind me saying something, I can't hear her because again I have my AirPods in. As I'm looking at her I smiled and pointed to my ears that I can't hear, she continued to say something I finally took them out and asked her if I could help her, she then say can I help you? I'm confused at this point if I needed help or had questions I'd ask. Mind you I have a couple of Ouia in my cart. But was still looking around at things. Didn't have any intention of leaving the area at that point. She made it a point to say "don't leave the area till you pay" What's the point of all this? I get loss prevention is an issue especially in that cosmetics area. I have personally dealt with it. But seriously don't be a flat out bitch to customers. There was nothing I was doing that warranted that ton of voice or flat out attitude. All really that needed to be said was a hey if you need anything I'm here and just make sure you pay before you leave the area as we have to keep our items in this area. The whole interaction was super distasteful super snarky. I've never liked Ulta nor have I ever been to an Ulta where the customer service was good. And the target Ulta is no exception. I'll be avoiding this area from now. Ash hope you have the day you deserve.

Neither the 17th St nor Harbor Blvd electronics departments answer their phone. Let it ring until was disconnected, tried each three times in 15-30 minute intervals. Going to Best Buy. However, didn't try calling them, maybe they don't answer phone either?

Normally I like this target when I go in. I tried placing a pick up order and two hours later all it said was "processing". No tracking. No way to check the status. Nothing. I'd get it taking this long if it was a big order, but it was literally 5 items that were all in the same department. It should never take that long. The online selection is also very limited when I know for a fact they have more in stock. Really disappointing.

I can't put zero star but we this has been a Target for a long time! But today in Black Friday it's not busy at all! The Security Guard Dennis I Believe his name is, asked my husband to show his receipt as he was walking our with cart, we saw it as normal, as I waited for my Starbucks we saw that he did not ask any one else for a receipt I mean no one else and people where waking out with bags and carts! So I find myself thinking he racial profiling my husband because he is Black! Do better Target hire people that are not racist! Yet when we questioned him he had nothing to say ! Interesting and laughs about it as we ask him!!!

Good stuff in the store, you can find clothes, cleaning stuff, some food, but not many vegetables and fruits. For easy shopping is good.

Picked up a drive up order and the guy bringing out the order hit my car with the drive up basket. He didn't even have the decency to apologize or anything just grabbed his basket and ran off inside. It left red paint of my car.

love this target location however the starbucks employees were incredibly disrespectful. I stood in line with no other customers ahead of me, waiting for my order to be taken. The three employees behind the counter continued to chat with one another saying how they don't want to work and hate their job for 5 minutes. other customers began to line up as they continued to talk, eventually the line of people all left one by one -as we could clearly see they were not making any drinks or taking any orders.

This target is always out of things. The shelves are barren and the place is usually a mess. I don't blame the staff, there are so many people coming and going and most are pretty inconsiderate. There is a huge homeless population around this target so just be careful. I had a homeless man follow me in and around the store a few months back and a worker noticed and approached him, asking him to leave so I do feel safe but if this wasn't the closest target to me I would not go.

NO!!! So basically my friend went to this target and when we was trying on costumes one security guard came up to her and accused her of stealing!!! She politely showed them the item she was gonna purchase and he left. Later on another security guard came up to her and started practically yelling and her saying that they knew she had something when in reality she didn't. It ruined the whole mood for her and her friends and they had to get escorted to leave. Seriously? Do better even Walmart does better than this.

Ordering pick up or drive up has been off lately. They over charge you for bags you did not get or the app coupons turn out to be less. Never doing it here again.

I really enjoy this Target-- good location right off the freeway and one of the biggest ones that I visit! This Target always has a few more options than others so I love coming here to see what's new. They have a large clearance section for Women's Clothing and a good amount of options for kids clothing as well. The dressing room is quite large and always clean too. The women's athletic wear is unmatched here too, like I said, many more options than other areas!There's a Starbucks inside this location as well. They have nice sized bathrooms and they are very clean also.
