Finally got my screen protector replaced! They were pretty busy, but someone came over and helped me within minutes, and I was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes. Much appreciated. This location is always quick, attentive, and very friendly. Thanks again!

I have gone to this store many times and just recently bought a new phone that is not working right ~ Saturday I had the WORST customer service ever and the phone is working even worse now. So Sad ~ the staff here used to be great

I was formerly with AT&T and decided I wanted to go back to T-Mobile. Usually going to a cell store is annoying: long lines, pushy sales people, just not a pleasant vibe in general. Paris was great! She got me exactly what I wanted, she wasn't like the awkward pushy salesman, she just listened to what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Not only that, she also managed to assists her teammates and customers when the store got busier while efficiently multitasking.

If zero stars were possible that is what tmobile would get. Tmobile sells defective phones and filing small claims against the store managers is the only way to force this corrupt company to give money back. tmobile SUCKS dont do business with them

Emma, works in front.. super helpful. I was told T mobile customer service was outstanding, and they are. She helped me get a samsung brand car adapter. My android auto keeps shutting off with other brands. I have a Passat and VW said I HAVE to use a name brand. She looked around and gave me!! I am so grateful for her help. What a blessing!

Horrible customer service and ZERO support for military personnel. I asked them for help & information for the district manager or regional office number & they wouldn't even give it to me & said they didn't have it. I looked it up on Google myself & Called the escalation team phone number myself. I asked them if they had something against the military or something because they were rude & unhelpful- the manager came out & basically told me that he had no stock & would charge me a restocking fee- WHY WOULD I HAVE A $70 RESTOCKING FEE IF THEY DONT HAVE PHONES

It was clean, everyone greeted me after walking in which shows they are going out of their way to acknowledge you've come in. Very nice touch in a world that is seemingly becoming less friendly.

I came in because my voicemail wasn't working. One of the girls working said I needed to reset my phone to factory settings. I explained that I didn't want to lose any of my settings. She promised me nothing would be lost. I lost all my stored passwords and settings. I went back to talk to a manager and ended up waiting 15mins before leaving. Never spoke to anyone. Second time with issues at this location

I have been going to this store for years and at one point contacted T-Mobile's corporate office to express how amazing the management team and the tech people who work there were. Unfortunately, they have a new manager there, his name is Darren, who is extremely unprofessional in his appearance, he creeps around the store, is rude, whispers in the ear of whomever is helping you as they are speaking to you and I do not feel safe now when I am there due to his demeanor. I will be calling before I go in to see if he is working to make sure he is not there. The techs are still amazing. In fact, Darren informed me that nothing could be done to solve the problem with my phone. Fortunately, I believe his name is Jose, did not listen to him and solved the problem. Thank you to all the other great people who have worked here through the years (20 years). I believe the manager, who was so amazing name was Jeff. Another amazing tech who worked there, she is now a manager in an Orange location. I feel bad about the first part of this review, yet I am really shocked that T-Mobile has hired this type of person unless your values have changed.

I popped in to the TMobile on 17th here in Costa Mesa a couple of weeks ago, Friday at rush hour, in a serious rush to get my password, forgotten by me, and back to the store where I bought it, and "Junior" (aka "JR" as he told me) did a just spectacular job in getting all the details and calls navigated in a NYC minute. Really efficient, knowledgable, and well, expertise for all I could see.I have been in the store in the past, and a number of times it has been jammed like a movie premiere line, stretching out the door. (Well, all the other stores, come to think of it, 5 that I know, are that way at times, but the reps usually navigate thru it quickly!)But jammed was not the case, and I was "mission accomplished" due to Junior's great service. I'm only sorry there are not more stars than 5.Stars in his future though?Wouldn't surprise me!KUDOS!
