I order a flower to my girlfriend on 2/14/24, will send to her office, should be in the business hour :7:30-5pm. But they delivered around 7pm, and said someone accept that . That's all. the lady on the phone was rude, she said that's not her fault, so no refund, and someone accepted that. And when my girl come back the day after, she saw the flower. So, she said if I want to return the flower , just go ahead and do that, but no refund, because the flower was delivered. Never come back this florist, people

My sister was sent home from the hospital under care of Hospice. I called Sweet Bloom (I live in Texas) late in the afternoon, hoping to get flowers delivered the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who answered the phone. Not only was she super sympathetic, she said she would get the flowers delivered that afternoon. My sister was only semi-responsive by the next day and passed away just a few days later. Thank you for bringing a little joy into her last hours. Also stayed within my budget! Great customer service!

I have ordered 6 floral bouquets from Sweet Bloom Florist. All arrangements have been beautifully created. I would highly recommend them for your floral needs. Anna is the sweetest person to work with.

I received flowers for my birthday from this shop, never seen cheaper than that, no matter how much my friend has paid, I bet you it didn't cost them more than 5 dollars for the smalled arrangement I have ever seen. Not to forget how empty the arrangement looked, they put cheap flowers and only 4 roses, the arrangement died one day after. What a waste of money and poor quality.

Didn't deliver on time. Didn't deliver what was ordered. Ignored a request to leave boutonnière in small cooler by front door. That's what I call a trifecta - of horrible service. This was the local florist contracted out by "fromyouflowers.com". I will never use that "service" or this florist again. We paid for delivery before noon. The boutonnière did not arrive before noon. I put a small cooler out with a note asking the delivery person to put the flower in it - so it wouldn't sit in the sun until I could go home on my lunch hour to take it inside. Of course, it didn't come before my lunch hour despite paying for expedited delivery - which said before noon. The delivery kid also did not put the boutonnière in the cooler. So it sat outside in the heat for a few hours until my wife got home. The first photo is what we ordered. The second photo is what was delivered. Not the same flower!

I seldom leave reviews but I feel obliged to acknowledge this flower arrangement gift.My daughter sent my husband a Father’s Day flower arrangement with cut orchids with buds and now 6 weeks later the orchids are still alive and blooming. Never in my 71 years have I seen a cut arrangement last so long. I am totally obsessed with this florist.

HORRIBLE experience! We ordered Mother's Day flowers from a 3rd party site (SendFlowers.com) and this company unfortunately delivered DEAD flowers AND we paid for a card and they sent a cheap printed piece of paper. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered two different arrangements for my wife and one looked like the flowers we dead and the other one was missing flowers from the other side . Was disappointed to see what I paid for.

I ordered flowers online and was very disappointed with the delivered product. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this florist. I wish this florist would either put some time and effort into delivering a quality product or take down their website because they do not have the ability to reproduce arrangements as pictured online. Very sad, disappointed and will never recommend this florist for any occasion do to lack of skill set and effort.

Attention ladies and gentlemen. I highly do not recommend you coming to this place at all. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered and the flowers did not even look similar to the photo online. It looks like someone grabbed random flowers and threw it in a vase and said ta-da it's beautiful. IT WASN'T. I called customer service (from you flowers) to process a refund for what I paid and they had to get an approval from "Oanh" so she can give me the refund and they've called her many times and she has ignored their calls and avoided this situation. I even called myself and no answer during her business hours. It's ridiculous. A successful company had to deal with your mistake Oanh when YOU could've easily solved this issue yourself. Spend your money somewhere else cause this lady will ignore calls if it's regarding a refund. Unprofessional, bad business!!!

If I could, I would give them negative stars! My husband placed an order through “FromYouFlowers†for our anniversary since he was out of town. The order was fulfilled through (3rd party) Sweet Bloom Florist. He ordered a deluxe bouquet (huge bouquet) including a box of chocolate and anniversary balloon. What i received was a small bouquet with old flowers half way dead, instead of a box of chocolate, I received in a white cheap paper bag a pouch of $3 Lindt chocolates with the ballon attached. The girl who delivered the flowers handed me the flowers over as soon as I opened the door without verifying if I am the correct recipient and literally ran off. After i paid attention to the flowers and saw they were old, I called my husband about his surprise. He was furious! They had promosied a deluxe bouquet with glitter etc. He paid extra for on time delivery (they were an hour late). He spend +$100 for a dying $20 bouquet and $3 chocolate and $1 balloon. He called the website and opened a dispute. I called this store over a dozen times, no one picks up and you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Now I know why the delivery girl took of that fast because she knew exactly that they didn't fulfill the order and delivered some “sh**â€. Thank you for ruining our anniversary...!
