My partner and I love to collect special pieces from places we visit and it happen to be that we were at South Coast Plaza and we came across Swarovski, what brought us in was the attentive greeter welcoming us! She has a great smile and made us feel invited. It made a big impression because we had walked into other stores and did not get this type of welcoming. The greeter gave us a quick tour of her beautiful store and educated us in the history of Swarovski, which we didn’t know. She also introduced us to the crystal figurines which my partner felt in love with the Hummingbirds. Not only the we purchased the hummingbirds but we also became SCS members! It was a great experience learning about Swarovski. Alma not only spent her valuable time with us she also went beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this beautiful store, their staff and their collections!

Went in to buy a birthday gift. All the sales associates avoided eye contact and walked away. Horrible customer service. Rather spend my money somewhere else.

I called with a few questions and the person on the phone was rude and spoke in broken English. She basically hang up on me mid sentence. Will go elsewhere

They place the receipt with the purchaser's credit card info and item price inside gift envelope that has a font 12 gift note on 8.5X11 paper. Then they fold that envelope into a tiny bag and call it gift receipt with a gift message. They ruined the gift I wanted to give!

BEWARE!! I sent a small piece in for a simple repair and it came back in pieces! And they said they couldn't repair it. Apparently it hadn't been wrapped properly at their store for shipping. It was very hard for me to see the small, sentimental piece (from my father-in-law who is deceased) in pieces when they returned it to me. It was a simple repair and I could have done it myself, but I felt that since Swarovski made it they could repair it much better than I. Boy was I wrong! I will not give them my business again.

Thanks for being so kind and attentive to your customers needs. Marie took care of our exchange with great attitude and recommended new collections and models that we loved so much and helped us find and purchase more beautiful items. We are always fan of swarovski especially the branch in South Costa Plaza. Wonderful staff.Thanks.

I was trying to look for a gift for a client and I stumbled across Swarovski at the mall. I was greeted when I stepped in. Looked around for a little and Alma came by to check on me and I told her I was looking for a gift. She was so helpful and gave me a lot of suggestions. And it was just fun shopping with her. It's been a while since Ive received that kind of service. I'm glad I went in on a whim and got to meet her. And the store was beautiful!! So bright and so many options. I'm sure I'll be going back to buy more stuff!!

I was walking around SCP during a very, very busy time of the year. A friend had told me about Swarovski, and said I should check them out. I saw the store and decided to stop in to view their merchandise. An employee (unknown name) greeted me with a "hello," even though she was with another customer. That was a good start. It appeared there were approximately 3 employees on the floor and all were with customers. A second employee came to me and said someone would be with me shortly, and then she went back to her customer. As I browsed the products, a very attractive employee by the name of Marie came from the back room and introduced herself and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I explained the store was recommended by a friend, but that I wasn't looking for anything in particular. She asked (!) if she could show me around the store and some of her favorite items. How polite, I thought. She actually asked if she could show me some items. I appreciated the low to no pressure approach. Marie then took me on a tour of the store, describing the items and explaining the cost. Mind you, the store was pretty busy with customers and all sale personnel were busy. Marie gave me. a short history lesson of the store and showed me items from very expensive to not too expensive. She stayed with me a good 10-minutes before she asked if I saw anything I'd be interested in. When I told her I was still just browsing, she very politely said to contact her or any of the sales personnel if I saw anything I liked. She then excused herself and went about her business of checking on other potential customers. Although I didn't buy anything, I was very impressed by the friendly greeting when I entered the store, the 2nd employee who let me know someone would be available to help me soon, the cleanliness of the store, but most of all, with Marie who displayed a great deal of patience with me while she showed me around the store. I have told family and friends about Swarovski and to ask for Marie. She certainly made my day.

Alma, the Store Manager and her team always provide top notch service every time I visit the store! They are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is always beautiful and clean. I've never had any issues with any of the products that I have purchased from them because I take good care of everything. I love the special way they wrap the gifts, it's a very high end service! I always drive 1 hour out of my way to this store because they have the best people working there and the nicest selection of merchandise!

Don't ever buy a gift from them! Their refund and exchange policy sucks, despite providing gift receipt, original receipt and card number that it was purchased with, they need the physical credit card (which was lost). Their managers and associates don't know their own policies and have no customer service experience... they are pushy, rude and loud. Please stop buying anything from them!!! I have been promised today that they will sort it out.... I will update the review based on what happens.... Stay tuned :)

I received a beautiful bracelet from my daughter from here that was so special to me! Well it broke at the clasp within 2 months. I have always heard they offer great warranty on their jewelry so brought it in. They told me to bring it to a private jewelry. I explained I thought their jewelry came with a warranty... she said "that's just the stones". So be careful!!!
