I went in craving subway I was really excited to hopefully have good energy but the girl who was there was really rude, bad energy, not nice and more.

I’m compelled to write this review simply bc the gentleman who was working there today (around 3pm) went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. I didn’t get his name but he was genuinely kind and I super appreciated it. As we walked out, my 6 year old daughter pointed out how “nice that man was”Thank you for spreading positivity in today’s world!

Bread was extremely dry , only the tomatoes looked fresh. The chopped lettuce was wilted and had that yellow, yucky look. Go somewhere else. Not worth almost $12.00 for 6 inch turkey sandwich on white bread, 1 bag of chips and small drink.

As other reviewers mentioned, terrible customer service!! If you are someone with any sort disability, I highly recommend going elsewhere, these employees DO NOT accommodate nor communicate with you to help make adjustments for your needs. My mother tried her best to communicate with the manager Reyna to change some adjustments of a sandwich for my sister of special needs (taste bud case) but rather than assisting my mother, Reyna threw a whole hissy fit and proceeded to give condescending rude remarks. Mind you, this was a very simple sandwich; a six inch white bread only mayo and ham that's it. The manager Reyna had the audacity to continue scoffing at my mother, yet it wasn't busy or packed with customers. Don't think about coming here unless you want to be disappointed.

The older lady taking my order was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this place, they have bad service.

While building the subway club sandwich, she asked me what vegetables I wanted on it. I told her everything but onions and jalapeños. Then she stated I could only ge. t the ingredients shown on the menu. Again I stated no onions. So immediately she started putting lettuce and onions on the sandwich. I responded with, " What part of no onions do you not understand, I am allergic!" With that I walked out. If this is the way Subway trains it's employees, I will no longer patronize an establishment that doesn't train it's employees about dietary restrictions.

Their customer service is unbelievably poor. They just shout at the customer and don’t even try to hide they’re bothered when I asked for something. They should fire the guy with curly hair and the girl who was working at 7pm Sep 4.

Had a coupon for buy three Subway full-size sandwiches supposed to be $17,99 it said it expired 6-25- 2022 that’s today so I expected it to be good till the end of business today Saturday at check out their computer said it was not validNot the employees fault however he didn’t offer to call his boss or anything so we paid for it and we had added to our order as there are four of usI even added a tipWe won’t be back to Subway again for $50 we could’ve had a really nice meal at Farmer boysThis is the reply I got this morning from Subway what do you think of their reply?Dear Stan Wingert,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant.I understand that the location you visited did not accept the coupon that you presented during your visit and that did not meet your expectations. I ordered through subway app in the morning before going to work.i ordered at 8:15 and was told to pick up at 8:40.i drop my wife first then I head to my work but that morning when I reached subway to pick up at 8:40,the restaurant was locked.there was one more person waiting outside knocking on the door.i called the restaurant couple times, knocked couple times but nobody came.the lights and fans were on.the other customer and I waited there for like 10mins trying to reach them but no luck.the timing says clearly they open at 6am.my wife and I were both getting late for work.so i left from there.my wife didn't had breakfast that morning because we had very less time to reach her office. When I was heading towards my work I got a call from them that I didn't came to pick up my sandwich.i told the lady there that I came but nobody was there so she was like ok I'll cancel your order I mean c'mon this is not the way to run a business.i tried to contact subway customer support but i havent heard back and also havent got my refund on those sandwiches. Be careful before ordering!!!
