Really BAD experience with this dealership. We came in to look at a car and the sales people treated us terribly. Talked down to us and asked really inappropriate questions. My husband had left a review here and the "general manager" replied offering to get on the phone and make it right. Turns out that was nothing but lies. We called the number they provided, which is not the GMs number. The guy who answered was equally rude and uninterested in helping, even though he is supposedly the "customer advocate".Eventually we realized they didn't want to put us in touch with the GM and explained the situation to him. He promised to take care of it personally and help us get the price on the car that their sales person quoted us at the dealer. Nope! He ghosted us completely, hasn't responded to multiple messages.I thought car dealers want to sell cars, apparently not this one. They prefer to waste your time, talk down to you and act as if you are lucky to be there. Would suggest avoiding!

This place is full of people lying. You do not want to trust them for buying cars.I saw a used car online that I liked, so I called them and asked if they had any dealer markups or dealer added accessories. Guy says no, price will just be the online posted price + tax + fees. So I went in, met the guy, asked one more time, since I dont want to waste either of our times. He says no and cars are flat prices.Proceeded to get the car out and I took sometime look over. And different guy comes over and asks if the first guy told me about dealer added accessories. and points me to the sticker price. which is 10k higher than online pricing.Car market is horrible right now and barely any dealers use these tricks on buyers about mark ups on late 2023. And let me make sure that this is fine if that's what they want to do. But dont lie and waste peoples time including their owns. talking to customers, pulling out cars, going test drives.

The experience was wonderful. The service adviser was Cruz Pena, and he could not have been more helpful in accommodating my needs. Cruz is the service advisor that I have been seeing for the last eight years and he always goes above and beyond to help me and keep me informed as to the status of my vehicle.

I recently had my Sierra truck serviced at GMC, and Jason, the service advisor, provided exceptional assistance. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Jason explained the service process thoroughly, kept me informed throughout, and provided honest recommendations. The overall experience at GMC was great, with a clean facility and friendly staff. I highly recommend Jason and GMC for their outstanding service. Thank you, Jason, and the GMC team!

Amazing service on my year old Yukon. Fred was absolutely delightful to work with. We bought our car from another OC GMC dealership, but will be moving our business here from now on. Fred provided over the top experience and service, and will definitely continue to bring our car to this dealership. Thank you for the amazing service Fred! You were such a pleasure to work with, we look forward to working with you again!

10/10 experience with everyone including the salesperson manager and finance. I was treated with respect and they wanted my business and showed it. This was unlike all other dealerships I visited prior. I will return again ! Gary was amazing and helped me to get the Yukon I wanted and showed me all the features and went out of his way to make the experience 100% accommodating.

Customer service here is the worse. They made an error on my extended warranty that they pressure you to buy. It has been over 2 months and they still haven't resolved the problem. They don't pick up phones or return your calls unless you are buying. Don't trust them and read the fine print.

I found my vehicle online and reached out to the dealership and instantly got a response from Gary Briggs who was an absolute joy to work with. I flew down the next day and he picked me up from the airport which made the entire process as easier and more convenient. He even got me Starbucks while I signed up with finance and then went through all the vehicle features and set ups before setting off on the road back home. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car and I would recommend the dealership to anyone who asks.

This post is a warning to future potential buyers. I saw a car advertised online by this dealer and struck a verbal deal with the sales agent on the phone after seeing the car in person. The agent even put me on hold to confirm with his finance/manager. We then called the next day to confirm the agreement is good and showed up in good faith to purchase the vehicle, all cash offer. Then as we started the paperwork, our agent disappeared and a few minutes later the manager came out and said the car we were in the process of buying was actually sold the day prior. He then provided no evidence for this and gave some utterly BS reasons for why they didn't know to tell us the car no long available the day prior or the day of. Either that story is true or they tried to back out of a deal their agents had agreed to and in fact advertised for. While irritated I was calm and professional, did not argue and left. They did not even have the courtesy of an apology. I plan to file a formal complaint with the appropriate state agency as well as to their corporate office. I won't name any names here but please please be warned that at least some folks working here appear to be very shady. Reading some of the other recent comments it definitely appears to be a place to steer clear of if possible. This is exactly the type of behavior and experience that give this profession such a bad reputation.

"This review is concerning to me..." is this theor attempt to resolve the issue with an unhappy customer? A faceless representative on the defensive. They should call me and ask how they can fix this...

Cruz Pena's service to me was phenomenal!!This is the 3rd Tahoe I've owned and the problem I was having happened in my 2 previous Tahoe's.Cruz kept in contact with me throughout my experience, which lasted 6 days. Cruz never let me feel that the problem with my car was my fault, which I had experienced at other dealerships.Outstanding customer service!!

The salesman I dealt with Neuman, and his manager, Anthony were extremely helpful, accommodating, and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I’ve purchased many luxury vehicles in the past, including Ferraris and AMG Mercedes, and the service I received at your dealership was superior. They should be commended for a job well done. Anyone I know that is interested in any one of the vehicles that you sell will definitely be referred to your dealership.

For other's awareness: the add-ons they sell you at signing are NOT required, even though the financial person tells you they are. That's a lie.I opted for a separate tire protection plan (Ally), but they also added "Nitro Fill" that does the same exact thing, but with less coverage. I asked if this stuff is required and they are allowed to say yes, even though it is not true. You can tell them to take stuff off - I didn't know that at the time.Once I read over the contracts of the stuff they said are required, they all have a clause that says you can cancel within 60 days for your money back.I email the Nitrofill company and they say the dealership has to do the paperwork to refund you. So they are kind enough to forward the request to "Anthony". After 3-4 weeks asking for a status update, Nitrofill calls them and Anthony says he's not the person that does that, it's Leo (finance lead?).Another few weeks later and this Leo person has not sent any update either. No contact or communication what so ever from this dealership team. They make money off of selling these add ons and it's quite ironic how obvious they make it that they don't want to refund it because it's money out of their pocket.I advise everyone to steer clear of doing business or, if you must, tell them directly to remove all the add-ons they try to slap on and say are required. None of that is. If they push you, walk out and don't look back. They'll fold and sweet talk you into saying they're doing you a favor in removing them. It's all BS so they make an extra buck.Attached the email thread as proof of how annoying this entire process has been. Incredibly unprofessional and shows how little they care after they take your money.TLDR: Submitted a request to cancel an add on they said was required, but legally is not. It has been 6 weeks since then without a single update and still no word from anyone.
