Called in to ask a few questions about products I have on my car and was able to get every question answered quickly!
The gentleman on the phone named Austin was incredibly friendly and polite while chatting with me. Austin displayed incredible customer service skill and was dedicated to getting my questions answered ASAP. He is truly the kind of person you want picking up the phone when you’re calling for help!
10/10 would call again for help and will definitely be purchasing the products recommended to me!

Austin did a great job procuring me a set of brake pads,it was last minute and he took the time to shop around and find me a brake pad that we could overnight for a Lemons race. I’m doing this weekend.

After having 2 really poor experiences with other suppliers of aftermarket auto parts and accessories, I was getting discouraged with the industry. But from the point of placing the order, then contacting them to make an adjustment to the order, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism like I have not previously experienced. Austin was a great help to me and was a breath of fresh air. I'm so glad I decided to place my order with Stillen. I will definitely continue to give them my business.

Absolutely wonderful company! Stood by me from beginning to end, Austin made sure I was taken care of and happy his help is second to none! I have had the most exceptional customer service from a few people on the Stillen team but particulary Estevan. He went above and beyond for me many times in finding the correct air filters for my stillen exhaust package. When he was off work, his team responded on his behalf and continued to provide great customer service. I come from a background in customer service working at Nordstrom for 10 years at various locations and states, mangaging large teams and at the end of the day the customer experience is all that matters. I truly believe Stillen empowers their team to provide great service across the board everyday. Thank you to the Stillen fam in keeping me safe, providing high quality product and keeping customer service at the heart of what they do!

I wanted to purchase Stillen's Trupower Cold Air Intake scoop for my 2021 GMC Sierra Elevation. I needed the product to arrive before Christmas because I'm leaving for Florida next week. I won't be returning to my primary address until May.
I called Stillen this morning to inquire how long it would take for the product to ship to my home address. I Left a message detailing my issue and received a prompt call back from Estevan Alejo who handles customer service and online sales for Stillen. He indicated they would make and ship the Trupower Cold Air Intake Scoop for my truck today.
This is excellent customer service. Very rare in this day and age to find a company this responsive to their customers needs. I will write a full review of the scoop as soon as I have it installed on my truck. So far my experience with Stillen has been top notch!

Ordered a bull guard for my son’s Christmas present. First time using this company so was a bit nervous at first. Convenient website, part in stock and easy checkout with multiple pay options. Got a call later in day from Estevan reference the order..I assumed not in stock or something else. Get this!! He was confirming order and making sure part was going to fit. He was very polite and personable and double checked my part would be compatible with truck. Assured me item was getting shipped soon and would make it in time for holiday. Tough to beat Amazon’s convenience but unless something changes Stillen will be my first online stop for parts in future. Appreciate the service! Very unique these days unfortunately.

I have had the Stillen catback exhaust for a few years now on my G37X and it's still awesome. Great sound that's not too loud but definitely has a rumble. I writing this review because recently I contacted them about getting a "Stillen"license plate frame that I didn't get when my exhaust was originally installed. I spoke to a gentleman named Esteban and his customer service was great! He said he would ship it out and I only had to pay shipping. Good experience with customer service for me.
