I don't have a problem with the store associates. I was help right away with exchanging out some equipment. The issue is with Spectrum it self. The internet service is terrible. It drops several times a month. The cost is crazy for TV and internet service. Over $250 a month. It's a joke. Problem is all Big providers have a monopoly on the service and who you can use in the area. Looking to switch providers.

I stopped by the store to exchange my router because my router give me a slow signal the customer service was a lady by name Jessica she didn't want to replace my router she said can't exchange I ask why she said because the system I can't take it and she told me if you don't like this router go buy one and she was not helpful person she didn't care about customer service, I took the router and I called the manager from spectrum company and they said they are sorry for what happened and they will see and send a tech guy to my house to check the router and all they had to do is to give me another router and this will resolve the problem but this customer service at the store was stubborn and not nice they should fire her she give a bad customers service and company will loose there customers just because there store workers are not good customer service and I will not visit this store.

Thing with Disney is ridiculous! Spectrum should absorb the cost of the rate hike from Disney and give us our Chanel's back! We are already so over charged for "cable".

Costa Mesa location very condescending and lazy. Was instructed by phone service folks how to return my sons equipment from his college apt. Went in store, waited and watched 4 staff members on their phones with no other customers in the store. After a short while was greeted for help. Help was not given. Person had inconsiderate attitude and would not take the equipment because my son was not there. (even though we had everything packaged in the original boxes with corresponding bar code labels.) The individual sent me 2 doors down to the UPS store which UPS handled just fine. If this is acceptable people treatment in Spectrum line of business I'm glad to not be a customer.

Went to store for name change they tried to account change it. They had no idea what they were doing. My dad is disabled and they made him get out of the car and were laughing. I told them they needed to go over to him to get his ID they needed they said your his daughter you do it. do you want it done or not. Sat in his chair and was absolutely so rude and inconsiderate. He said his name was Michael but I am sure he lied. Called spectrum but they cannot do anything. Never going there to that store for any service . Beware

Worst Customer service, the representative named Daniel refused to help me. He started to return my old equipment then began to switch my service to a more expensive option & wouldn't accept the equipment, saying it didn't match. But where else would it be from other than from my previous address? When I refused to leave I till I was assisted, He threatened to call the cops, as if I was doing something wrong, when he was the one not doing his job. I was following the directions Spectrum told me & trying to rectify the charges I was incorrectly billed for. Half way through helping me Daniel tried to take his break, leaving me to wait again after he had already started to serve me. Daniel should not be helping customers. His behavior felt discriminatory & I had to call Spectrum anyway to ensure things were taken care of.

When it was Time Warner it was pretty good but since Spectrum all we get is outrageous charges, rude service, when you finally get someone (real human) to help you. Enough of being sent to so many extensions or kept on hold for what you charge it should always be a real person to direct you to another real person to help you immediately! Poor service and then you expect to give you a good rating!Nicole

Horrible retail store. These people running this store is so rude. Me and another customer just wanted to pay our bill. How these are employees that run this location is a joke. If they hate there job that much they should quit. It's ridiculous how every employee behaves. Apparently there was no manager and that is why they felt the need to be disrespectful to all the people inside. Definitely cancelling my service with Spectrum.

Hi, Yelp community! I wanted to give a stellar review to our Spectrum specialist at the Costa Mesa location, named Jasiah Zidane! Literally the best, Customer Sevice I've experienced in such a long time where it was extremely pleasant and smooth for almost 2 hours of getting Internet and mobile set up. The intention and care was excellent and Jasiah went above and beyond to make sure we left with everything that we needed to include his contact info - just in case we required extra help. It was almost like hanging with a friend who had all the knowledge and know how of Internet and setting up a new cell phone... honestly, I'll definitely go back and recommend him to friends and family because he truly made us feel, cared for, and respected for our time, energy, and effort. Best spectrum experience ever, I believe he mentioned he was recently hired to... So this is amazing on Spectrum's part to prep their employees so well and and make them feel like they're taken care of by the organization. I really appreciate companies like this and special folks like Jasiah!! my husband walked out with a new phone and everything couldnt haven't gotten any better. If you're looking for a cool experience and super fun and kind person to talk to (and help with your tech needs) please reach out to him and call the store to see when he works! Thanks!!

Everytime I come here the staff is very friendly and courteous to help me with Spectrum services. If you hate calling into customer service I recommend to coming here to ask for help and it is much faster. Angel was extremely helpful with me and I appreciate it.

I could not be happier with my experience at Spectrum on Newport Blvd. in Costa Mesa. Oh my goodness, Lex went above and beyond in setting me up with mobile on my existing internet service. Not only did he set my phone, but he canceled my service with Boost - Easy peezy and a huge savings to boot. Thanks again Lex!
