I arrived on time and was initially assisted by an employee. However, after needing to quickly verify some flight details—which took only a minute—I found that the staff had stopped helping me. Confused, I asked for assistance but was ignored. The employee who had been helping me then sat around chatting and laughing with other workers, despite my clear need for help. By the time someone finally stepped in to assist, I had missed my flight. The service was unprofessional, rude, and lacked urgency.

Southwest employees at gate 19 on October 30 with less than 60 people ona flight were giving passengers hard times and checking bags for no reason other than to have a power trip.I'll never fly southwest again cutting up my card being done with the worst service ever.

Things move a LOT faster ever since the Samoan girls started working in the front. I used to dread coming here because I knew the wait was going to be an eternity and it felt like they were ignoring everyone on purpose. Day and night difference

Do not ship animals through this facility they toss our animals around made me cry to see how they toss pups around unbelievable the staff is rude and unprofessional!!!! My pup was sick for days after picking him up he was unable to walk like uf he was sore !!!!! Please investigate this place before shipping anything.

Blame the low rating on the evening crew. Just too slow. Not trying to be mean, but I can't emphasize enough how slow they are. Sometimes it's seem like they don't know what they are doing. It seems very disorganized.

It is a small cargo facility for Southwest which generally relates to less wait time for picking up and dropping off cargo.
