I was so fortune to schedule an afternoon maintenance repair after my corolla cross had been giving me alerts to get my vehicle in. Raymond took care of everything and made sure I got in and out efficiently. (He rocks!!) I worked remotely for the hour in their lobby with great wifi and there are plug ins. Chairs aren't that comfortable, but it got the job done.

If you are interested in buying a new car, ask for Brett in internet sales. He is the nicest and the most patient sales guy. I had lemon issue with my previous car, Brett was able to find me the car I wanted and held it for me for a few days. 0 star for finance/sales manager, they couldn’t sell the 3year maintenance package for $50 less (do not pay more than $1200 for this) or throw in a $250 roof rack in my deal. Don’t add anything when you contract with finance unless you can get a really good deal.

Having my car serviced under warranty was quick and easy within an hour. The drop off was easy. The only problem was there wasn’t much communication regarding when the shuttle would pick me up from work. It was a half hour late from when it was scheduled and no update to me.

Called in before taking my car. After asking my car model and year they gave me price for oil change $92.57. After service done they asked me $130.83When I questioned the price response was: “Sometimes we charge extra”Dishonest business!

I finally bought the Grand Highlander Hybrid from South Coast Toyota. I had contacted pretty much every dealership in SoCal to find the trim and color I wanted over the past 4 months. South Coast managed to request my features in their allocations and received the vehicle. There was a slight hiccup when the offered to a family member of the dealership, but they eventually called back when that deal came through and provided a fair price with a reasonable market adjustment relative to other dealerships. Finance was super efficient and no one mislead me or forced me to purchase things I didn't want. I had at least 4 other dealerships play games with me in finance, misquote OTD prices, and even try to sell me a car that wasn't in their allotment. The whole process was frustrating since Toyota no longer really allows simple custom orders and waiting for vehicle you want. The car shortages make dealers very aggressive and opens the door to mistreatment of customers.At South Coast Toyota, Kevin Tompkins was my agent and he was very direct and honest. Very helpful with teaching me about the car before I left. I would probably go back when I decide to upgrade again.

This is not the best dealership and this not our first time trying it out, 5 years ago we had a good experience here, today and 2 other times in the past, not so much. This was our plan "C" on our car shopping. This location also looks dark and gloomy inside, looks old. The sales guys are on you as soon as you get out of the car. They won't leave you in peace for you to just browse the cars on the lot. The sales team here is always pushy, trying to get you to buy a car, even if it's a different type of vehicle that you are looking for. So sad. They always seem so desperate to close the deal. Also, their markup prices on vehicles is higher and sometimes even triple of what other Toyota dealerships (Rancho Santa Margarita and Huntington locations) were asking for. They were trying to sell me a vehicle for the same amount money, that was a lower trim and with less features than another vehicle I saw at another dealership. Ridiculous. Once we left the dealership, he texted me, and said that they had lower the markup price and had a better deal. Very sad. I didn't go back of course.I bought the car I wanted in Toyota at Huntington Beach! Night and day difference!

I have been a returning customer to this exact location since 2019 and im sad to say that this will be the last time i ever come back here. My husband and i came here wanting to get a tundra with the assistance of Brett, Fabian, and forgot the name of the sales manager. But anyway, we had our eye on the 1794 edition and we couldn't get a good deal which i understand is the most expensive truck.. but these guys didn't offer to take a look at other trucks with similar features and instead blew us off. So my husband and i went over to their sister dealership over in Orange and we had a way BETTER experience with Lucy and Luis and came out extremely happy with our new 4x4 Tundra!

My husband and I brought in my daughter's vehicle for an alternator repair. My experience with Service Advisor was professional, responsive and courteous. They answered all my concerns and questions. Interaction with other staff including cashier, and other attendants was top-notch. They engaged and responded to my inquiries, made great eye contact, which in my opinion is so important in recognizing the customer's concerns and needs.

(-1) dishonest and unsympathetic service writers. (-1) outrageously overpriced! (above market value). (-1) unprofessional careless shuttle drivers. (-1) inaccurate inspections. (-1) uncourteous porters. I give it 0 out of 5 stars. Toyota Corporate should be ashamed and embarrassed to lend their brand name to this disappointing subpar dealership. Will not return or recommend.

This is my 4th time buying a vehicle from South Coast Toyota, with Kevin Tompkins. He is very helpful, and always accomodating. Pricing is very fair (given how other dealerships really jack up above MSRP). Service dept is awesome. With this purchase, Service Mgr Jason really attended to the items needed on my vehicle (eg the Cilajet), and other ancillary items I had added on. I wish this dealership was closer to me, as I would prefer to bring my vehicles for service here. I can tell they are of excellent quality, just based on Jason (svc manager) being very visible and involved with the process going on. I noticed it when I was waiting for my vehicle, on a very busy Saturday am. He was out there, being attentive and making sure customers were being addressed immediately.
