I was just in the store. I am visiting from Australia. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes but didn’t know the exchange rate to Aus $. I asked the staff for WiFi - “nope” (despite there being an “SC” locked WiFi network) I asked the staff if they could check the exchange rate - “nope”. They missed out on a $79 sale. Will not go back. I am a service professional, they are not. The only bad service I’ve received in the US. Will be telling my colleagues who visit also.

It’s a huge store with a ton of sandals and shoes. Surprisingly, they have an American Ninja Warrior section towards the end of the store.

excellent shoes. I almost always visit there to buy shoes. The staff there is also very friendly. They also sell a lot of stylish athletic shoes!

What an effing joke this place is. The place is always dirty,the manager there. Isabell has no idea what she's doing. Prices are not in line with the market. Go elsewhere

I would give zero stars if I could. The manager Isabella was extremely rude and condescending. I purchased a pair of slip resistant shoes for work and returned them two days later never worn. Yes I cut the tags off because I thought that they would work but when I put them on at home they did not fit right. She insisted that I had worn them basically calling me a liar when I had not worn them. She was rude with me from the start. She then tried to tell me that since I cut the tags off as well as the slip resistant tag that they usually don't take them back because workplaces want to see that tag on the shoe. That was not mentioned on the receipt as a policy. She clearly just made that up. The receipt clearly states that I can return the shoes with the receipt and unworn and that is what I did. My intent was to purchase a different pair of shoes, but after that occurred, I will never be purchasing another pair of shoes from that store again.The following response from management on Yelp is just as condescending as was the manager at the store. I DID NOT wear the shoes and it was obvious since there was no wear and tear because they were not worn. Terrible customer service.

This place has the most god awful manager working here she has zero manners and zero customer service experience she told me I could not walk up and down the aisle while trying on shoes..... AT SHOE CITY! Wth?!

Have been there a few times and have always found what I am looking for at the expected price. Staff is not hovering over you they let you winder and make up your mind but are there to help. If you spend over a certain amount you get to spin a wheel to win prizes one a free pair of shoes on one visit and $20 in my last visit

Beware before you go! Show City has a store policy where you can only try on one shoe for any shoe that cost over $100. 00. My suggestion is to not carry shoes over $100.00 if you can't allow your customers to try them both on (right foot and left foot). We just left WSS, we were able to try on both shoes at over hundred each, and we were able to walk around and make sure the tennis shoes were comfortable for our ten year old son. If you can't do the shoe business right then get out of it!

Terrible selection on size 12 Converse High Tops. Such a shame as this was my go-to location. Also note the employees working weren't that helpful as empty as the store was on 3/17/22 at 3:49pm, they welcomed us in and when I asked where the converse shows were they pointed at the wall.

My pregnant wife tried returning a pair of shoes that did not fit her. Spoke with the store manager Juan and she was told he could not resell the shoes due to signs of wear. Shoes she can not even fit into show signs of wear? These are those shoes

I was very happy with the customer service I was afraid I wasn't going to get the dress shoes that I needed but I found them great prices walked out of there with three pairs of nice dress shoes at less than $100

At a loss for words, my pregnant wife tried to return a pair of Vans that did not fit. She just wanted a larger size or store credit for some shoes that would actually fit her. Store manager Juan told her he could not resell the shoes on account that they have been worn. She literally can't wear them because they do not fit her. Spoke with the Juan myself and asked to be shown where in fact they were dirty because these shoes have zero signs of wear. Asked for his regional manager because my pregnant wife was upset at this point. He wouldn't not give me the number. Did a little digging and found the number myself. Spoke with the regional manager and without seeing the shoes sided with the store manager, told me there was nothing that could be done, and hung up on me. I'm one of those customers who never complains, but not this time. Attached are said photos of the shoes.

Went there, my kids loved the Ninja Warrior set up, all good until my three year old had to pee. And they denied my three year old a bathroom. When I asked if they wanted her to pee on the floor the woman said "don't be like that with me" Be like what? Trying to spare you from cleaning up pee? Clearly she's never had kids. Too bad because my kids loved the set up but I can't get over how rudely we were treated.
