I went there after my shift at SusieCakes for a tinted moisturizer. Compared to the Shiseido store at Mitsuwa and other department stores, Marukai Cosmetics takes the cake with customer service. The lady who was helping me is very knowledgeable and made me, a socially awkward introvert, feel very comfortable when talking about my skin type and needs. She explains why certain products wouldn't suit me. If the product I'm looking for doesn't work out after I try it, she can immediately find a better alternative that fulfills my objectives. By the time I checked out, she gave me a full sized lipstick as free gift, and also a free trial sized skincare set. I would happily come back! Thank you, and see you next time!

The lady is very nice and helpful with choosing products. She let me text her a picture of the product I wanted so she could look it up before going to the store.

This Shiseido shop regularly have promotion items and free message events. Jane is very helpful choosing the right skin care products for customers. I went to buy a foundation for my combination skin, and I have seen the results from using Ultimune serum. Christmas promotion is coming up, I'm excited about this once in a year event!

I love shopping at South Coast Plaza but I recently discovered this spot and I will never go back to buying my face products anywhere else. They take their time to explain every product. When to put it on, how to put it on, and really care about what they are selling. I was intimidated to buy these products for so long because of other places but I have finally found a place that is more concerned about what my skin needs are than just selling product. Jane is so knowledgeable and very kind. I have only had the pleasure of meeting her so I am sure everyone else is just as nice but definitely check out this spot. They also sell product that is not Shiseido so all skin types can find something.

I love going this place so much! Usually I go to this place before I have an important appointment because their facial does great work, it brightens and lifts your skin instantly! I used whitening serum that they recommended, and it works!

The store was located in the left corner of Tokyo Central Plaza, it was a little hard to spot the first time. The service was great and they gave me a lot of samples to try for my skin type. If you like complimentary samples, it is a better place to shop than department stores.

the only place i know that i can get shiseido. i went in an there were two employees helping one other customer. i waited a bit until one employee asked if i needed help. i told her exactly what i needed: face mask and cleansing foam. she showed me five little bottles for my gift and rang me up. i put in my credit card and a minute later she says, "declined." WTF. not a chance sister. then she asked me for my credit card and she swiped it again. took another minute and as we waited she went to help another customer. i got my credit card back and i told the employee i would be back after going to tokyo central. i think she was relieved. so, i did my shopping and came back. the same employee said that she would have to do the credit card old school style with the slip. whatever. i just needed to get going. the employee was apologetic about the credit card machine not working. will be back.

I Love it here So Much!! They always give free samples, & help with making you beautiful. The lady's there really care, they have very polite manner's & I just always feel loved every time I go there. I feel they make me beautiful, Thank you!!!
