I called today for I just needed one gallon of white stucco paint. I had heard there was a 30% off sale. I called and the person on the phone told me that the 30% off sale was only if I SET UP AN ACCOUNT. Of course I am not going to set up an account for one gallon of paint. Off to Dunn Edwards.

Avoid this location at all costs, the manager is absolutely terrible and will go as far as making up false information just to avoid a return/fixing a mistake. Terrible experience, terrible staff, very slow overall, just avoid this location.The Fountain Valley location is excellent with awesome, helpful staff, no need to go to the Costa Mesa location when they have such poor service and a dishonest manager.

Upon entering the store and looking at color matches for at least 30 minutes. No associate helped us and was behind the counter using his phone the whole time. The representative didn't really care about the customer experience at this store.

The staff here is really nice and friendly. I've read other reviews but I don't agree with them because they have a HGTV Sherwin-Williams quart which you only get at Lowes.I'd recommend people to come here to get your paint because they have stuff the compition doesn't have like the Emerald Rain Refresh. Every time it rains, it cleans my house at no extra cost! Paired it with the Emerald urethane for my doors and trim and that's the best setup in the industry!Their product brings me quality and peace of mind. Might not be for everyone, but this is definitely for me.

I recently visited this Sherman Williams store and was disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the employees. When I asked for assistance with finding a specific paint color, the staff member I spoke with seemed disinterested and unhelpful.The staff member then proceeded to mix a paint sample for me, however upon applying it to my walls, I realized that it was not the color I had requested. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, they refused to make things right and did not offer any solutions or apologies.I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Sherman Williams and would not recommend this location to others. The staff's lack of customer service and willingness to rectify the situation with the incorrect paint color left a negative impression.

was trying to get a paint match but the workers acted like they didn't care and gave me a bad match. just go to vista paint next store way more friendly and helpful

Called this store because I had an issue with the paint my contractor got. I forget his name but it started with an M, was super helpful and told me to bring the paint in. He was able to dilute it with more white so it wasn't as dark. His customer service was on point and I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service. Color of gallon Harmony paint somehow ended up not being the same as original sample pint. Although it had been quite a while since the original purchase, they had no problem with mixing me up another gallon that matches the sample pint perfectly! Very happy now.

Not super helpful. More expensive paint with less customer service. I'd probably agree with the other review and the price was 150%more. Should have stuck with Dunn Edwards As evidenced by the auto response.... yeah not wasting any more time
