They took my money and never sent me my machine. They won’t pick up the phone and are irritated after several rings. They referred me to a text line that also ignored requests and keeps telling me to check back week after week for tracking information.

They are awful. Didn't call to say they would deliver bed. Instead just showed at 820pm at night and we were at hospital. Then my mom went back into hospital and they refused to pick the bed back up for a week?!! So rude to my dad. Hes 80. They are billing for extra days and making them keep bed 5 more days!!!
