JESUS CHRIST!! could not walk or go anywhere without the same lady hovering me and following me the entire store!! I told her I didn’t want help finding my shade since I trust myself more and she kept on insisting to the point of making me uncomfortable. And then she talked and make several remarks to me that made me extremely annoyed and uncomfortable.

So I stopped by this Sephora hoping to get some products but found myself having a horrible experience. I am no stranger to make up so was browsing for a bit (around thirty minutes) before I decided I needed help finding a concealer that appeared to be out of stock. After trying to flag down an employee for 10 minutes, I make eye contact with a red-head who clearly intended to ignore me. I brush it off and think maybe she is busy so I decide to wait until an employee is available. After a while, I kept observing employees looking at me and not ask if I needed help. They would literally take one glance and walk away. Again, I considered this might be coincidence and continue browsing. At one point , I was standing in the Givenchy section next to some other customers when I see them being asked if they need help. Again, the employee ignored me and proceeded to ask others if they needed assistance. I was in the store for about an hour when I decided to just buy a cream bronzer I had been wanting and leave. As I'm in line, the red-headed employee was asking people at the front of the line if they were paying with Apple Pay so they could be assisted by her. I'm literally in the front of the line and see her look at me, walk past me, approach the people behind me and hesitate to say something. She then realized her mistake and turned to me and, without making eye contact, asked if I was paying with Apple Pay. I said no but her inability to even acknowledge me as a customer was so dehumanizing. I was then finally assisted by a male cashier who was friendly, made eye contact, and was helpful. My entire experience was honestly such a let down and this is not the first time this has happened at this store. I am never rude or even say anything negative because I know how stressful retail can be but yall seriously need to get it together. I don't know if it is because I am male but the employees here never even acknowledge my presence or ask if I need help. But they sure do ask if I need a basket as soon as they see me with one product in my hand ( we all know what that means btw). For a place that preaches about beauty, yall seriously engage in some serious disgusting treatment of customers #dobetter

As cashiers, you are not in the position of making comments on returns. It is Sephora policy to return unused products within a time frame and you are not allowed to casually joke or passive-aggressively try to embarrass when a customer returns products. Know your boundaries and educate yourself on customer service.

I love this Sephora they always have everything in stock. I had Emma help me find the products that I was looking for, she was really helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience at Sephora 100 times better.

Very disappointing experience today. I understand that because of the sale going on the employees were probably tired, but I did not like the vibe and energy at all. In fact, one employee rolled their eyes at me because I asked them for help finding a product. Totally prefer online shopping more now.

My skin has been breaking out from stress so I wasn't sure what foundation would be best for my skin. To the guy that helped me today 5/6/24 around 10 am at the Crystal court location thank you!! They took their time trying out all the foundations to make sure I had the perfect match. I ended up picking the rare beauty and it just looks/feels so pretty!

Ask for Roger. I was having a day...my sweet hub is currently going through treatment for brain cancer and I was taking a short self-care day as a caregiver, trying to replace all my old make up with clean skincare products. Roger took the time to find the best clean products, he gave me a lesson on applying them and even asked for my Husbands name at the end so he could continue to pray for him. What a genuinely nice human. Thank you Roger for making my day a little lighter and brighter. The products were amazing too. I hope goodness comes your way.

My daughters and I was going into Sephora to buy some skincare and makeup. I was at the chanel section and my daughters were looking around. When one of my daughters asked an employee, the employee gave her a stare thinking she's going to steal something. I see those tiktoks about sephora kids and they mistaked her as one of those kids. This is unacceptable. Workers should not judge anyone. She was being polite and asked the workers politely to recieve back a death stare. Once she started paying, the worker was asking for me, as the mom, when she was paying herself. Very unacceptable employees. Never coming back again with my children

Claire went above and beyond to help us, answering questions we had about makeup and skincare! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She made sure we were color matched, and let us know our skin types, and what products we should use. She was the sweetest, and made our experience amazing we will definitely be coming back to her!

This review is for the makeup artist Narry...I paid for the $90 full glam makeup + $30 lashes for a black tie event.I shared inspo pics of soft brown smokey eye makeup with a glowy face base. I explicitly asked for soft brown, not black, and I also asked for lashes with an invisible band.Instead, what I got was a horrible 2015 style dramatic drag queen style - dark Smokey eyes with a white base and sharp crease lines - and thick black liquid eyeliner, that looked nothing like the soft brown makeup inspo picture. She tried to fix it by adding bronzer to my eye lids ??♀️The lashes she used on me had a thick visible band that looked even more horrible against the thick black eyeliner. The Foundation and concealer Narry put on my face was 3 shades too light for my skin color. She added more bronzer after the fact but no amount of bronzer could save it.Narry made me look absolutely terrible with drag queen eyes and too light foundation.I ended up going straight home and washing my entire face and re-doing my makeup - thus rushing to my black tie event.Lesson: do not book makeup appt with MUA Narry at this Sephora.
