LOVE OUR SEE'S CANDIES ! My wife and I were at the huge South Coast Plaza shopping mall on Saturday. First up we enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Din Tai Fung and then did a spot of shopping in bedding at Bloomingdale's on the first level. Of course just outside the entrance to this level is the See's candies store..we had to buy some ! Upon entering we could see stacks of See's Candies in boxes but no display cases where you can build your own box. AND THEN ! A friendly cashier named Martha offered us help...where are the display cases filled with chocolates we asked ? Martha explained this location is a pop-up...they are waiting for a permanent location to come up inside the mall. OH WELL ! We grabbed a one pound box of Dark Nuts & Chews..our fav. My wife also picked up some fun choc items for our 2 young grand daughters. Plus Martha gave us the obligatory free chocolate sample. SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE !

The samples here are full truffles - I repeat, full truffles!! Amazing quality of chocolate with great selection. Loved every single one of them. Great souvenirs.

I have honestly enjoyed See's Candies chocolates and lollipops ever since I was a kid. There's such a large assortment, but I've definitely developed my favorites over the years. The price point has always been great, but it does get a bit more pricier if your aim is to purchase a gift box. However, they do have great gift options that I'd recommend for any special occasion as their themes tend to match the seasons very well. For these reasons, every star I've given in favor is certainly deserved. I've been to several locations, busy or not, and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the service at this location was not the best as we felt quite unwelcome. I entered this location at a busy time, with a line of at 5-7 people. Waiting was no problem. But as soon as it was our turn, I and a friend were very rushed to figure out what we wanted to order despite groups prior being able to explore the options for a few minutes before deciding. We were hurriedly handed samples without getting to process what we just tried. We quickly chose something without any help which was unfortunate. Stopping by See's Candies is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to, but I was disappointed today. Perhaps it was on off day since I've never felt this unwelcome at a See's before.

Grossest thing I've seen in a long time - a hair in out Mayfair egg . At least I won't be gorging on Easter candy anymore!

Good service place got some samples. Be prepared to wait a bit if you pay by cash as they take your bills to the backroom for a few minutes to have you cash checked out.

I went to sees candy a few days ago, I was having a great time with my family so I decided to go to sees candy since my daughter loves chocolate so we went to buy some chocolate, the girl with the tattoo was so rude , there was no space for my stroller to fit on the space she was telling me to go to , since there were customers there looking at the chocolates, but I also wanted to look at them so I wanted to wait and I kept saying there is no space, but she kept saying to with a mad attitude to go to her, so we went regardless to were she was and there was no space for the other customers to exit , so we had to go around again, and everything we asked for a chocolate she would say just one in a rude way, we ended up buying a few chocolates , since I like getting different flavors, she didn't smile either, anyway thats the first time I was treated rudely in a see's candy shop. So I didn't appreciate the experience at all.

sees candy: my wet dream. they basically have something for everyone. nuts, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, nugat, carmel, marshmellow. i used to go to godiva but since its now gone i come here. i love how affordable it is. the gifting and seasonal items are soo cute. workers are ok they seem young and immature and laughing but i dont care about the customer service. the free sample was some kind of sugar nugat. can i honestly just have 1 of everything? the scotchmellow is heaven in a bucket. chocolate/marshmellow/carmel. omg. i wanna come here everyday
