It's really nice here at this store. A place i would not normally shop, but your boy does a love a good discount. The discount stuff is on the second store. I did see that there were some camping chairs were 30% off so thats good.

It's so sad how people that work here DONT KNOW how to be actual retail associates. I came in yesterday (Sunday) with my mom and 2 siblings to buy some Patagonia jackets. I hadn't noticed while in the store because I mind my own business and don't care what others around me are doing but once we got home my mom and 1 of my younger brothers expressed how UNCOMFORTABLE they felt at the store because there was not only 1 person FOLLOWING US around but 2! My mom said they were acting as shoppers but it was so obvious they were following us around. I was carrying about 2-3 jackets at a time because those were the ones we planned to purchase. I guess it's "VERY SUSPICIOUS " when Hispanics are carrying expensive items.... Instead of the poor trained associates offering to place our items at the counter for whenever we were ready to purchase they chose to follow us around. The Patagonia section is right when you walk in, we didn't know if the store also placed any in the back but my mom pointed out (at home) when we tried going to the back of the store..both men were there still following us. When we finally were ready to pay I went to the counter where one blonde man (same man following us) was standing and he refused to help me pointing out someone else would come up to help. I didn't think much of it but even our check out person was acting so strange, someone else had to come help him. They also had rude comments asking if we knew how to take care of the jackets...why we were buying the jackets... like why is that any of the sales associate business. My mom also said that one of the men that was following us was standing right next to us when we were going to pay! This is so sad and disgusting. I definitely would have NOT purchased 3 Patagonia jackets from them if I would have noticed or even been told by my family members. I would have taken my money elsewhere. Unfortunately 2 of the jackets already have the tags off and 1 is unable to be returned since it was on sale... if it wasn't for that I would definitely gone back last night or even this morning to return them all. They definitely judge you here based on your race/ethnicity so careful if you aren't of lighter complexion. Can't believe we spent over $700 here. Never coming back. Everyone here needs better training in every aspect. I wish I would have noticed this poor behavior at the store as well because I would have definitely called them out. This is no way to treat any costumer.

First off, I love the odds and ends at this store. The store itself always has a mix of interesting merchandise - a great place to find new independent brands. A few days ago I had purchased an item online with the option for store pickup. I never received a confirmation email but figured it had been a couple of days, let me just go into the store and pick it up. Was helped promptly by a sales associate who quickly went to locate my merchandise I had paid for. The sales associate came back to the front and told me that the item I purchased had not been for sale in a long time and that I would receive a refund. While in the store, I did not receive any type of refund receipt from the sales associate, but I'd figured he was being honest and didn't think much of it. Later that day I checked my email and I did receive a notice of refund. However, thinking about it later, it truly disappointed me that I was sold merchandise from this store that (1) they don't even sell (2) I was charged for said merchandise and (3) had to go pickup said merchandise that I paid for that this retailer does not have. Just seemed extremely odd. And had I not went in and checked on my purchase, I am highly doubtful that the retailer would reach out to me notifying me of the issue. Also, I did end up purchasing another item when I was in the store. A different sales associate helped me and I had requested a gift receipt. He acknowledged my request. I didn't think to check for a gift receipt until I was in my car, lo and behold, no gift receipt in my bag just a normal receipt. Issues like these really change the customer's experience. Though everyone is nice and helpful at this store, details are being missed. It really is tasking on the customer to deal with anomalous issues like the two I listed above. I was left very confused from my experience at this retail store today.

I think you are a terrible company. You sold me a jacket that I purchased online for 164$. Regularly the jacket was 300 and some change. As I was waiting for the jacket to be shipped, you sent me an email stating that you were out of the product in that size. For some reason I had a funny feeling about this, so I checked your website for the same jacket. You were still selling the jacket i bought, in the same color, and the same size, but you had changed the price back to it original price, over 300$. So I addressed my concerns with your customer service, and you the response I got was that "hey here is a 10%off coupon, basically, you should be happy with that." That's how I felt I was treated. And even days later, the jacket they told me was sold out is still being sold in my size in the same color I purchased, they just don't want to honor the sale price. They raised the price almost 200 dollars. It's pretty sad when a company is that shady. I will never do business with them again other than to tell others never to shop there and why. Please stay away from this company. If I could give them less than 1 star I would, it's just not an option.

Been coming to this store for a long time and really love the selection, but it really gets my gall when people close up shop early. I know how satisfying it can be to close up a store when it's been a long day at work, but when you've still got customers walking around and it's ten minutes before close, there's something infuriating about being turned away at the door. I wanted to buy a few Mother's Day cards from SEED because they have such a good selection, but I'm so soured on the experience that I'll just take my sorry ass to a Hallmark.

I received a gift purchased from their shop and do not live in the city from which it was purchased (though am a few hours away). Unfortunately the gift was the wrong size and this shop is very rigid with their exchange policy, even though I have the receipt and never wore the item. There was no way for me to get to their store within 30 days of purchase being a new mom and working full time. I’m disappointed that I won’t get to enjoy the item due their lack of flexibility and understanding. Most other stores I have purchased from or have received gifts from have had more room for flexibility if purchased within 60-90 days, especially for a brand new unworn item.

Love the clothes and other outdoors items here. This store is a mix of retail you would have to visit to understand its vibe. Earthy tones really small retail shopping area just to browse through even without a purchase.

Make sure to buy the correct size, they have a strict exchange policy ( 30 days ) . I offered to buy more clothes just so I could exchange 2 shirts for the correct sizes only to have some young lady smile and say" sorry can't do it" after waiting for a manger for 20min. I'll never set foot in this place again. Good Luck Shaheen Sadeghi with this business model...

Premium, High-Quality items in the store. And I tell you they are all of very high quality. The caveat is everything is absolutely very expensive. Well, not everything. I was able to buy a Pendleton beanie and another special cap for my sister and brother in laws Christmas present for $55 I think. That is on the low end there. But they have a lot of different clothes and certain gear for your outdoor trips. Little gadgets, odds and ends. It's a really beautiful store. I wish I was more of an outdoorsman and I would shop here more. I saw a ton of stuff that I wanted but also I don't think I saw anything that would fit a tall and husky guy like myself, except for maybe a t-shirt. It doesn't surprise me. Often my size is overlooked by managers in store inventories everywhere. But go give this store a whirl. You will find something you like, I promise.

NICE STORE ! My wife and I were over this way on Sunday evening to have dinner at the highly renowned Folks Pizzeria. While we waited for our table to be ready we checked out a few of the shops in this eclectic shopping precinct. We had a good look around the Patagonia outlet inside this fashion market. There are many familiar brands on offer here apart from Patagonia such as Fjall Raven, Roark, Topo Designs, Olukai, Vans, Levis, Outerknown and Picture. It's been a bit chilly lately so we were looking to upgrade our cycling jackets / winter outdoor wear. A sales assistant named Allan showed us around a bit in the Patagonia section. They didn't have what we were looking for even though Allan assured us they had almost everything Patagonia produced. NOT SO FAST ! I have worn Patagonia shirts and jackets for years....love the stuff ! We ended up buying 2 pricey Patagonia Jackets online directly from Patagonia ! NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !
