I walked into the store and though there was no one else but me, the employees didn’t acknowledge me at all until after a couple of minutes. They kept conversing on their own.

Very bad experience,I will never purchase from them. I had prefers online and it was too small I need to return. They refused to do that due the manager and Chinese sale said I ordered online ,there are 2 different system with inventory,I even questioned is online and store belongs different company , then she said no ,with another reason she said computer is not working for online return today ,I drove 1hour and they said I can not return in store. Ridiculous !

I've been at this store only a few times and usually had an okay experience, but this past time I was greeted by a man (I don't know his name but he had an ironic handlebar mustache) when I entered but overheard him talking bad about another customer with someone (I don't know if it was another employee or a friend or a customer). He was making negative comments about her appearance that were, quite frankly, disgusting. I think if you're going to work in a customer-facing role, you should be professional and courteous and not judge the customers whom your paycheck relies upon. I decided to shop somewhere else and will not return. People like him should not be representing any clothing brand.

Just browsing at the mall and saw they had a sale. And found some goodie there, the display was not my size, so I asked the staff if they might have my size at the back. They were trying hard to find it for me. After a bits of waiting, they came back with an no, but they ended up finding one! The staff was nice and when they have sale, it's a good time to stock up! I got my sweatshirt 70% less and I was eyeing on it.

Yeppy~ I had so much fun shopping thanks to VICTOR. My husband and I visited Sandro just to browse and ended up buying three clothes for my husband :) The place was very clean and cozy and all the male assistants welcomed us in. Every time I was looking at the clothes, Victor helped out with the sizes and helped me how to coordinate with other clothes. Everytime I asked for different sizes, Victor never showed negative emotions, he went further more and showed me other clothes that I might be interested. Victor's customer service was on point and very satisfying where it lead me to write this review. Thank you Victor for all your hard work :)

This is the only major clothing store in America that doesn't let you get a refund when returning an item. Nobody tells you about this policy when you buy something. In fact their online store refunds your original form of payment without an issue. Go back to France, Sandro. Your toast and fries sucks anyway

Excellent experience. I was greeted from the moment I walked in and since I had my eyes on a top, I was asked if I wanted to try it on. I know this is a French brand so the sizes run small for me, so I asked for the next available size than the mannequin had and he put a fitting room ready for me. That size was too tight so he offered to get me the next two available sizes. The lady there even helped me with the little bow that the shirt has. At the end, without me asking, they steamed it (it's made of silk) and put it all pretty hanging in the bag, so it wouldn't get wrinkled. Also, The store had plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere and they were with the half gate open so they could control and limit capacity. I am very happy with the quality of the product, the customer service and I had no issues with my transaction. I live next door so I get to come to SCP very often and I know we are not the easiest crowd around - but I appreciate the staff being so attentive in the middle of this pandemic. I recommend!

Agree fully with what everyone else wrote. The customer service here is horrendous. The store manager is beyond rude. I cannot express with enough conviction how horrible this location of Sandro is. I don't know how corporate hasn't come in a retrained the entire group of staff and replaced the manager.

I love the men s clothing selection Sandro's clothing store have Last year I bought a great sweater got lots of compliments from everyone on the look and style. Today i stopped in Sandro's to buy something nice for the holidays and was met by grace. She's the sweetest so polite and made my shopping experience a pleasure. I did purchase a very nice upscale Parisian sweater. Everyone in the store was nice and polite and "Grace" was especially helpful going to the back storage getting my size and made sure I was completely satisfied. I took advantage of the discount this weekend two years in a row back to back excellent product excellent service. There are also outstanding lovely ladies clothes also Reading the unfortunate reviews below I am not sure why that was their experience for couple years from time to time I have stopped in and my experience was 5 star. If you are looking for apparel that stands out, that makes a statement by itself stop in Sandro's Michael PS. and yesss this is a genuine review from a real satisfied customer
