The gentleman in here is a top notch customer service oriented gentleman and was super helpful and had some amazing great rapport. I immediately came back just to support his business due to the fact that he has products that my own state doesn’t provide and he really made us feel important, valued and respected. Someone recommended this store as I was wasting money on disposables. The girl ( sorry bad with names) was SO helpful to a technically challenged person & I got a Novo system & it's great. Then I got the newer one. Now going back for some new pods and to try a different flavor!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Sam's Smoke Shop.What was supposed to be a simple visit turned into an encounter I never expected. The person at the counter was not just unprofessional; he was downright rude and offensive, telling me to "get the fuck out of his store" and calling me a "punk ass bitch." It was shocking and completely uncalled for. This behavior is unacceptable in any business, and it's a shame that such hostility is part of this establishment's environment. It's important for the community to know the type of conduct being endorsed here. A place that treats customers with such disrespect does not deserve our support or patronage. I encourage others who have had similar experiences to share their stories. It's only through coming together and voicing our concerns that we can hope to foster a community where respect and civility are upheld. Let's make it clear that this type of behavior has no place in our community.

Went in here to buy a nectar collector. I've had really bad experiences with some of the other smoke shops in the area due to their lack of caring or making me feel uncomfortable that I'm even in their store. So anyways, I found Sam's smoke shop online and decided to give it a try. I went in their recently during the early evening and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and knowledge. They helped me find exactly what I needed and were very friendly. I even mentioned and complained how other stores treat me (and other customers) like we're idiots and make you feel like they just wish you would leave already. The employee at Sam's responded by saying, "I don't like to bad mouth our competition, but I will say that you shouldn't go to them ever again and come to us from now on because we will take care of you and make sure you are never dissatisfied." That made me feel good inside knowing that I might have found a shop I could make my "home shop" because of the the bad experiences I've had with others previously.Then I get home.....I did exactly what the employee told me to do with the product I bought (put it in the fridge for a certain amount of minutes) and then take it out. I took it out and before I was even able to use it the glass cracked. I did not drop it, I did not change the tip, I did *NOT* USE it in any way, shape or form..... a small chunk of glass cracked where the tip (in this case it was a ceramic tip) slides into the glass slot at the bottom. I didn't even remove or mess with the tip or the plastic clip that holds them together. I literally bought the piece from Sam's Shop, followed the directions I was given by putting it in the fridge for 10 minutes, took it out, laid on my bed excited to try out my new rig, and as I was holding it I heard a crack. I immediately looked at it a noticed the glass cracked where the tip inserts into the bottom glass section. It was really frustrating but I wasn't too upset considering the fact the people at Sam's were really nice to me the night before and it was obviouly a product defect and not caused by me, the customer. Boy was I wrong. I went back in the next day and confident they would see it wasn't caused by my hands I really thought I could get a replacement, a refund, or even just a partial credit towards a new one. They acknowledged it hadn't been used because there was no heat marks, resin, etc... but still said "tough luck" (i'm paraphrasing, but that was the jist of it). "All sales are final so we cannot and will not do anything for you." Now again, this is a day after they told me that I should go to them from now on and they would take care of me and never let me feel like I was cheated after I left their store. So as I was leaving, I turned around one more time and said, "Really? I bought this last night, have never used it, followed the instructions your employees gave me and now that it broke you won't do anything for me?" The owner said, "Fine, you're right... I'll give you a 5$ credit to the store." Talk about a slap in the face. I was able to keep the rig (obviously because they wouldn't acknowledge it was a defect in the product) I bought so I have pictures if anyone is skeptical of my story of doesn't believe me. The break in the glass wasn't major, but unfortunately where it broke made it impossible for tips to stay locked in. (It is an organic glycerin nectar collector) So now I've got to try and find another store that actually cares about their clients. I'm 0 for 3 at this point. If anyone can please suggest a place that cares about their customers and their products, please let me know. Don't fall for Sam's Smoke Shop's bullsh*t. Again, if you don't believe me, I have pictures and will gladly share them.
