This is a great Sally's Beauty Supply location. The store is very clean and organized. The lady at the front was super helpful. You can't miss her- she's the one with pink hair and pink eyebrows lol Very sweet and helpful! She asked if we needed any help and at first, I declined. Later, I went over and asked her for some advice on hair colors and developer. She guided me to the Ion brand developers that were better for your hair and safer. We found the bleach, developer, hair colors, supplies and tools. 300 bucks later and we had all that we needed to do the bleach and dye. This was a good beauty haul at Sally's Beauty Supply. This is the best place to grab everything you need. We even found some styling balm for my boyfriend, and he likes it a lot. Score. My hair turned out great with all the products! And the caps and gloves helped limit the mess.

Went in today in the afternoon to grab a few things to touch up my color, I had some questions on products but the 1 worker on the floor was with 2 other party's. That's okay I work in retail I had no issue waiting my turn. Finally when the worker was done I went over to her to ask my questions but she literally couldn't even be bothered because she had to finish up what she was texting. So I grabbed the rest of my items and then went to check out, when I got to the register it was the same thing! She even told me "hold on" to finish what she was texting and then went to ring me out and just had an attitude the whole time. The funny thing is her name tag said she was the store manager. Talk about leading by example right.

My usual go-to is always Target & Ulta for the glue on/ press on nails. Placed my order around 2:30, and I know for a fact that Sally's isn't usually that busy. My order of two items is only should not take that long to get. Went around 5:45 when I saw the ready for pickup email. My order was the only one that was even there. Not sure why it took so long to get it together. Got my items and looked around to see if I could find something else since only one out of my two items were available. I'm disappointed that I was able to find what I was looking for in the first place. And there were a few of them in stock. The girls working there were nice, but not happy that my full order wasn't found. When it clearly was in stock.

This is November 3, 2022 and this happened at 4:30 ish pm Saturday-This Sally beauty is the worst there are 3 Latino workers that follow you around, like they watch you and this particular day, they even locked me INSIDE the store and called security wanted to check my bag, he said he cannot do such a thing/that they had to call police! I said I need to get my money from the car! They wouldn't let me leave! I finally let them search my bag and I had nothing in my bag let me go! I REPLIED!!!!Finally they let me out As they took a picture of my friends license plate number! For what to tell the police a customer was trying to steal something-but she didn't leave w/ anything! B******* ! They are rude snobs ganged up on me talking in Spanish why talking s*** in Spanish ! They suck and need to be fired I'm disgusted with the way they treated me like a piece of s**** F*** them!!

Tried to purchase a Japonesque eyelash curler at the this location after confirming on the Sally Beauty website that the item was available in store and at a price of $10.99. When I got to the store on 8/7/22, I in fact found the item at a posted price of $10.99 but when the salesperson rang up my purchases, the eyelash curler was posted for $11.49. When I questioned the price discrepancy, the two salespeople behind the counter replied "all our prices are wrong right now". So I requested that the posted price be honored since it the shelf tag and website price matched ($10.99) and they refused to make a price adjustment, repeating that "all their prices were wrong". When I informed them that CA Business & Professions Code 12024.2 states that the correct price of any item is the lowest posted, quoted, or advertised price for which the buyer qualifies, they didn't seem to care. When I told them I would not be purchasing the eyelash curler that I made the trip to the store to get, they seemed surprised. I told them it was the principle and poor business practices and they were quite aloof to the whole thing. No apology and no consideration for the inconvenience. Shortly thereafter, I found the same item at Target (5 min away) for $10.50 - so lucky me! It's unfortunate that the action of two salespeople have soured my loyalty to Sally Beauty. After 5+ years of purchasing beauty products from Sally Beauty, the relationship is over. There are so many other options for sourcing product without being made to feel like my business is insignificant or unimportant.

Visited this location on Sunday, August 7 after checking the website for availability of a Japonesque eyelash curler. The Sally Beauty website listed the item as in stock and available for pick up at a price of $10.99 so I quickly drove to the store on Harbor Blvd and was happy to see that they did in fact have 2 in stock for a posted price of $10.99 so I also grabbed some hair color also, since I was there. When the cashier rang up my purchases, the eyelash curler was rung up as $11.49. When I questioned the discrepancy, the two employees behind the counter told me "all their prices are wrong" and that the item was coming up as $11.49. I asked them to check the price posted on the wall where the item was located and they confirmed that "yes, it is $10.99" so I assumed they would correct the price on my purchase but when she didn't, I questioned her again, she replied "the price comes up at $11.49". So when informed her that the State of California requires businesses to sell merchandise at the posted price and that the price on the signage matched the website price of $10.99 she refused to correct my purchase price. So I told her I would not purchase it and she questioned me in a sarcastic tone - "so you don't want it?". Needless to say, I did not leave the store with the eyelash curler and there was no apology for the mis-marked item or the inconvenience. And by the way, I found the exact same Japonesque eyelash curler at Target up the street for $10.50! Lucky me, I guess. This was the last time I will purchase anything from Sally Beauty. With all the options available to purchase beauty products, there is no longer a need to make the extra effort to shop local and be treated like I'm lucky to be shopping at Sally Beauty. Amazon, Target and even Walmart offer a more pleasant shopping experience and probably at better prices.

Everything is priced wrong! Every single thing I bought was 2 to 3 times the price of what it was listed for on the shelf. So when I got to the counter, I had to embarrass myself by disputing the price with no willingness from staff to price match what THEY had listed the price to be! In THEIR own store. Thanks retail! One more example of why I should shop online.
