The service in this store is very bad. The service staff talked to each other and ignored the customers. They could not check out the customers in time, which wasted a lot of time. In particular, the service attitude of one of their female managers was even worse. I don't recommend it. I don't want to come to this store again.

Credit card system went down. Who carries cash around, especially when you have a Saks card. Dude who rang me up was a bit rude about it.

This store is a 10 out of 10. The staff speak to the customers. The store is clean. The bathroom was clean. Products are priced well. Quality of merchandise was excellent.
Marie took the time to help me make a final decision on black designer shoes. The lady who worked with the designer bags was very helpful, sorry I dont remember her name. I told her I was just looking and not going to buy, she was still polite. I did like the purse so I bought it. I did tell the store director, Melanie and I hope this letter gets passed along to them. I normally do not shop at stores like this. I came in because I needed a pair of dress shoes. Wow, your store is worth the drive! See you soon.

this is the third time i purchased at store, i recommend the store cause it supply many kinds of items with great quantity and good price. the store give me a nice shopping area i can choose my favorite goods in a easy and casual way. meanwhile ,the assistants are also nice and friendly.

First of all I found what I need in the suits section with the reasonable prices plus the fantastic help I got from the fashion staff ( V , Paty and Eric ) was really professional and friendly and helped me to make my decision

Great service, selection and value. If you are in the shopping mood and enjoy searching for hidden treasure, then you should visit this store.Service: Staff was friendly, helpful and outstanding. Patty at the fitting room was helpful, kind, warm, personable, and mentioned that she would gladly offer her opinion upon request. I ended up purchasing 24 items and John, Maria and Mimi worked as an efficient and collaborative team to place covers on the merchandise. John extended an offer to help us to our car given that it was dark outside and it was quite a large purchase. We gladly accepted and were impressed with the high level of customer service received.Selection: The selection of merchandise at this location is excellent.Value: You will get a lot of value as a one-time customer but a lot more value if you sign up for rewards.
Parking: There is a free parking lot adjacent to the store.

This store from their lack of merchandise to their rude employees is why I will NEVER go back! Rude to me at their fitting rooms barking out orders to "leave cart outside" "we have alot of theft" OK disgruntled employee dont take it out in your customers!!! Lady in front if me going into fitting room grabs her hand basket out of her hand as well throws it outside, then proceeds to get on her two way radio and talk about the situation within earshot of me!!! So uncomfortable leftclothes in fitting room and left. Will now contact upper level Mgmnt, not acceptable!!!!

Kim is wonderful. Had issues with an online order & the bag I ordered arrived damaged, after wasting time with dispatcher's on the phone from overseas, who were borderline irrational, and could provide no resolution, I called this location on a whim, and was likely connected to Kim, who is a manager, she helped me navigate the return, and gave me the best information on what to do, seeing as returning an online item is kind of a waiting game, so she informed me to contact customer service, and create a case, that of which I did, and I got the speediest resolution as opposed to doing everything via email.

Shoutout to Tish for amazing customer service! She mentioned I was just a few dollars shy of getting 25% off and let me grab an extra item so I could get the promotion. Most cashiers wouldn't have said anything but she went the extra mile.
