The service here was excellent. My SA Kim was incredibly friendly and brought out a variety of clothes for me to try on despite me only coming in to try boots. I tried on boots and belts. She also brought me and my partner water right away which was new since most of the other boutiques don’t offer that unless you’re buying something for sure so that was nice. I did feel bad for not buying anything but I will be back in the following month to purchase those boot’s hopefully fromSA Kim. Thank you for being so amazing and helpful Kim!

Jenny Won delivered outstanding customer service from the moment I entered the store. She exceeded my expectations. She guided me through items within my budget and slightly above it. My experience at YSL made me feel truly appreciated as a customer. Additionally, I must commend every staff member at YSL for their warm greetings, inquiries about my well-being, and wishes for a great day. Their collective friendliness added to the overall exceptional experience.

I want to preface that I'm not one to leave a bad review, especially one of this magnitude. I went here with my friend for her purchase of a bag. My friend is a woman of color and I noticed that the other white girls in the store received champagne and their stylist never left their side throughout their process of trying shoes. My friend on the other hand was not even offered water until her stylist passed her off to the manager to pay for her bag, after she had already been neglecting us, making it take significantly longer than we planned and had time for. She kept forgetting to come back and was circling around the store and was not present at all. Felt like service you would get at Forever 21 when you need a different size. Very disappointing

Love me some YSL. The product quality is top notch and if there ever is an issue with the product I've purchased, Josh , the manager at the South Coast Plaza store always takes care of the issue. I'm a client for life.

Quality of product for YSL has really gone downhill. The SA here was raving about this Jamie bag when I first saw it. I've had it for less than 3 mos. I went in to ask a question about sizing and when the sales lady found out I was not a buyer, she wrinkled her nose and turned away, And the store was empty. I am giving it an extra star as the security guard was very nice.

We only stop by with the intention of purchasing. It really depends on the actual service experience we receive... that's always up in the air. We came in to look at a pair of sunglasses my wife liked online, unfortunately they were an older style & they only had the newest version available & on display. Our sales associate Leslie was awesome. She offered to request them from another store but it would take a couple days.The best part is, since we were on location inside the Saint Laurent store we asked if we could exchange a LouLou bag my wife purchased from 2019 prior to the pandemic(brand new with receipt & original packaging, safety wrap, care book, everything). Leslie said to bring the bag in and they'll take a look. Since we're local, we picked the bag up from home and brought it in. Leslie and the Manager were surprised that the bag was exactly as we described it from 2019(4 years later). Leslie was able to honor our request since the LouLou is popular and still in inventory and exchange for another bag, wallet & a pair of sunglasses ?.We're completely satisfied with our experiences at Saint Laurent and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

I just want to say that I’m not one to really leave a bad review, considering the most of what I buy are higher quality items, I just feel that I want to write this so other people don’t get the service that I did.I went to Saint Laurent in Costa Mesa on 08/03/23 and asked if my 11970 sunglasses minor scratches can be remedied or if there’s a liquid or a special condition to take care of.Anything of that would be acceptable to me what made me mad is that none of that was offered but what was offered is to go to an optometrist and ask them to switch the frame like I have not been a customer of Saint Laurent like I have not paid an extra to be a customer of Saint Laurent but to be a regular asking for a regular frame to replace a saint Laurent frame and lenses.That was the highest of all insults and I don’t ever think that I will be at Saint Laurent Customer anymore not for sunglasses not for the fragrance and specially not for their bags with this kind of service from their employee.

KIM IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Oct '22 my bf and I came in because I wanted to get myself my first designer bag for my 26th birthday. We had looked around other shops before (Gucci, LV, Celine, etc) but personally I felt like the SAs didn't care about helping me. Kim, however, was more than happy to help and answer any questions I had and offered us champagne, water, and snacks! I chose the Cassandra and she brought out different options for me to pick from as well as different wallets to go with it because I had asked about wallets. Needless to say, I bought both the bag and wallet within half an hour of being there lol. We had dinner plans with a friend and afterwards came back so our friend can look at their shirts. While waiting I was looking around and fell in love with the Sac de Jour. I asked Kim about it and she comes out with like three different colors for me haha. And we ended up buying another bag that day. Needless to say, I became obsessed with YSL and have since returned for a mini Lou Lou, a teddy jacket for my bf, a coat, and just from today, a tie, Fanny pack and wallet. Every time we say we're done, Kim does her magic and next thing we know we're signing off our next purchase! She's amazing with building rapport and has been a pleasure to talk to every time we visit. She never skips a beat when it comes to offering us drinks. On top of that she's got such a great eye with sizing!! She can eyeball us and somehow find the right fitting tops on the first try and can always gauge what styles we like. Literally with the lou lou I didn't even think about it but Kim brought it out in it's different colors and oh man did I fall in love. It's now my go to bag when I go out because it's so small and the perfect size! Other SAs there are also just as nice and it's clear that they care about their clients. I'm so happy to have been able to met Kim and am looking forward to future bag purchases!
