My experience at this place was fantastic! Raul really goes above and beyond to really help people and make their day. I’m so grateful for his service. He fixed my Honda Fit side mirror very quickly and he has turned me into a loyal customer. I will definitely be going to this place for any future needs. I highly recommend and encourage everyone I know to go to this place too for their car body repair needs. Words cannot express how thankful I feel to have found Raul! He is such a genuine and caring person.

In 2023 I took my almost brand new, 2 month old, Tesla 3 model for body panel repairs. The entire left side of my car was damaged in a collision with a bicyclist. These guys replaced many body panels on the left side, fixed dents, and repainted the entire left side of my car. They did a job repairing the dents and putting in new panels. The alignment of the panels was good. The paint match was very good. But there was many problems with the repair. Mind you my car was essentially brand new with about 500 miles on it and I washed and waxed my car previously a few weeks earlier. So it was in fact in pristine condition (where the accident didn't damage). After the repair, this is what I observed.
1) They left a lot of fine scratches on the hood of my car and various other places not related to the repair. Very visible in bright light.
2) They left large visible scratches on my rear bumper.
3) There were various paint nicks on the footwell of the car that needed touchup paint. I touched them up myself.
4) The polishing of the paint was uneven and dull in some places.
When I got my car home, I was able to see all these issues after having the car in more sunlight outside. I confronted them about these issues and they had to admit they didn't do a good job repairing my car and actually scratched up many of the panels. They manager made it right taking the car back and fixing all the issues. There was still some fine scratches on my hood but I was tired of complaining and just took my car back. I didn't like the fact that the manager there said I was complaining about the very fine scratches on the hood of the car. Mind you that my car was virtually new and I hand waxed it myself just weeks prior; it definitely didn't have those scratches there when I took my car in. Attached is photos of my car in which they scratched and damaged after I got my car back.

Extremely Disappointing Tesla Repair Experience
I would strongly advise Tesla owners to avoid this body shop. After two separate repairs on my Model 3, I've encountered numerous issues:
Missing latch bolt: This basic part was missing after picking up my car.
Persistent trunk leak: The shop blamed the missing bolt but failed to resolve the actual problem.
Broken air conditioning: Now makes an abnormally loud noise, an issue that wasn't there before the repairs.
Their lack of accountability and poor workmanship make me question their ability to properly service Teslas. I've been extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them.

I had the best experience bringing my car here. The staff was so kind and honest. I took my car to a few different shops for estimates and the staff always made me feel like they weren’t being honest and upfront. Called this shop and spoke to Ryan and immediately I could tell they cared. My car was fixed quickly and for a great price. They did an amazing job and I’m so thankful. If you are looking for a great bodyshop look no further. Can’t recommend them enough.

These guys are great! I needed some trim pieces on my car replaced and they handled everything perfectly. They are so nice and were kind enough to “squeeze” me right in. The shop is immaculate and theses guys really know what they’re doing. ROEM is now on the top of my list for a body shop.

I took my BMW X3 here for some extensive body work. Daniel went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. The insurance company he had to work with was extremely difficult. He kept me informed through the repair process. And our car repair is flawless. The shop itself is very clean inside and out. And Ryan was always extremely nice every time I called. I will use them again in the future.

I recently had an outstanding experience with ROEM Collision Center that I have to share! From the very beginning, the team at ROEM was incredibly polite, accommodating, and professional. Everyone down to gentlemen at the front desk has customer service down pat. They provided an accurate estimate right from the start and even though they let me know it could change if they discovered anything new, it did not.
What really impressed me was how they ordered the necessary part for my car before I even dropped it off, demonstrating their efficiency and foresight. The repair work itself was completed perfectly and in record time. It's clear that ROEM operates with a high standard of excellence and truly values customer satisfaction.
After this experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend ROEM Collision Center over even the official Tesla Repair center. I actually took it to a Tesla center first and thank god I changed my mind, experience was horrible there. If you're looking for a reliable and proficient auto repair service, ROEM is, without a doubt, super legit and the way to go.

Came here to get a door ding out of my newly purchased Shelby gt350. Got excellent and fast service from the guys here. Place is clean and very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Jeff and Daniel took good care of me and my new baby.
