Great people . They helped me get back to playing electric guitar . When times got tough growing up I lost the passion for music because I could not afford a new guitar and being stuck in school from morning till night I had no time . For a long time I would drive down 19th and see all those guitars in the window and I said to myself I'm going to save up some money and buy an electric guitar , And the time finally came , I walked in and told them what kind of guitar I was looking for . They let me try them out and I even bought an Amp . I still have my guitar today , I reccomend Rio's to everyone looking to get back into music .

These are thieves. They put broken items up on ebay and then treat the buyers like they are the ones who are scamming them. The listing says "Like new" condition and even in the picture of the best panel the corner is clearly damaged. They then took a close up picture of an undamaged corner to further the scam. Then they send them fedex packed poorly and I suspect it's to file a fraudulent claim with Fedex. I am in contact with FedEx about that. They sold me 4 solar panels that aren't made anymore. They taped them together and fedex'd them with zero protection. Literally taped 1 with no box no label no nothing sandwiched between 2 other boxes. All of them suffered extreme damage and this sc*mbag won't even apologize, just gives me attitude about accepting my return like he's doing me a favor. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and an elbow surgery on the other side. I injured my shoulder because this absolute joke packed stuff so poorly. Gaslit me like I am trying to scam him, "Be sure you pack the items you actually bought" like I was scamming him. This is after I told them because of how poorly it was packed they needed to give me money to buy packing supplies. They obviously refused and gaslit me that it wasn't their fault instead and that they didn't owe me anything. I am reporting him to discover and reporting them to Fed ex for scamming. You messed with the wrong one thief. If you were local I would be filing a fraud report with the PD and filing suit in small claims.Their total lie response:"We sent them exactly as the manufacturer sent them - Maybe we should have packaged them differently than the manufacturer but why would one do that "The manufacturer shipped these in bundles of 2 maximum because of the weight and awkwardness and most of the time shipped them 1 at a time because they were 300 bucks each and most people bought them 1 at a time. Each box had a label on it from the manufacturer shipping them 1 at a time. Each box had it's own "HIGH CLAIM ITEM" bright yellow sticker on it. I know that because I worked for them for a year. All these guys do is lie to people they try to rob. In addition to that, they literally sandwiched a solar panel between 2 boxes, totally without a box at all with no labels at all, and taped it really tight. That panel was the worst off. Inergy never did this. Inergy has steller customer service, you're the worst business on the planet. All they had to do was apologize for screwing me over and all they have done is lie and gaslight me. I can't even fathom how this is a real business.I just really want to get the point accross that these are likely the most rare solar panels on the planet given the manufacturer and the nature of how they connect to each other. These people don't care if they break stuff like that, they will lie about it the entire time and never take respoinsiblity for destroying rare valuable stuff, stuff you own up until the refund is processed. So they will gladly break your stuff and be complete jerks about it. I genuinely cannot wrap my head around how inept they are given they handle super expensive and rare stuff regularly and clearly don't care about customer service to not break the stuff they charge hundreds of dollars for. This guy basically walked into my house and broke 400 dollars worth of my stuff while injuring my shoulder and then acted like he did me a favor when he agreed to eventually pay me back while gaslighting me that he dindunuffin. I am stuck with my insurance deductible for the shoulder he injured, I am responsible for the 2 hours of work I missed in the morning and the lost pay, I am responsible for buying the roll of tape it took to put it back together. I would never buy anything from this business if I was you. If it's a good deal and you can walk out with it without them wrecking it and physically injuring you, maybe. Do not ask these scammers to ship anything or expect the worst experience you ever had and expect them to spend the

Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine. They have an abundance of stolen property that's made to not look stolen and they are probably making a fortune on it I wonder who's going to be the whistleblower.. guess we will find out soon

Went into this shop several times and they hit me with the lowest numbers. I just grab my stuff and walk out the door. The third time i tried to make a deal was my last time. I know when to quit. I went to American Jewelry and pawn down the street and made a deal; right away no problem. This tells me these guys don’t have a lot of working capital or they want to steal out goodies. Both are enough to keep me out . Just thought I would post sort of a warning or at lease what happened to me when I went in this shop. A MASSIVE WASTE OF MY TIME!

I sold my camera equipment here. I cringe at the loss I took, but now I know to ONLY buy camera equipment from a pawn shop! With that said, I had been to a couple of other shops and they gave me a fair price for the equipment and in comparison to their competition. Having done my research before selling the equipment, I felt they were honest and helpful and I would highly recommend them!
