No one answers the phone! No one replies to the numerous email I sent! All I wanted to know is if you offer personalization because I bought a luggage in Europe and the store did not have the hot stamp machine

Just opened location for this brand. Took my luggage to get repaired and they took care of my issues which was a broken wheel and a broken lock. Phone number seems to be working called but no one ever answered but when I showed up they were courteous, knowledgeable and I was in and out quick which was my goal. They even shipped the fixed luggage to me at no extra cost.

The service was decent not complaining about that.. I'm more bothered at the quality of their suitcases. Purchased a cabin sized leather edition suitcase for my baby son for his first travel (so we were taking more care than usual) and the leather piece was already ripping! Has only had 5-6 hours of traveling time and the top piece of the leather had already ripped definitely not impressed with the material used.

Had this suitcase for over 5 years and out over 300k miles on them. Had to have them fixed a few times but it's always free and easy. They get it done and sent back to your home for no charge and usually done in a week. There's also a hotel service where they come and fix it on the spot but I haven't tried that yet. The suitcase is a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. I leave all my stickers and dings as is and i think it looks great!

It was an DISGUSTING shopping experience with the WORST service I have ever had. I went to pick up my online order with the “ready to pick up notification” email . A sales named Sabrina was so rude and disrespectful, she refused to help me to get the item because I don't have my ID even though I showed her my account and order receipt. However, she kept saying “ No! You need the hard copy! ” with a rude and ridiculously unpleasant attitude. She acclaimed that she cannot do anything for the online order until I said I would like to cancel the order and buy it at the store directly, then she could finally gave me her notable smiling because she would get commission if we purchase at store(lol she wish!)After I left the store and went on the way back home, I received her call and told that she could still cancel the online order and ordering a new one to ship to my address. So, requiring a hard copy for pickup is understandable for the purpose of securing the item will be pickup by the person who gave the order. Since, Sabrina knew that the person who ordered the item was me and she could reach out to me by my number, it is ridiculous that she affirmed on having me to proof myself in the store and refused give me my order. Well, it is a very ridiculous shopping/pickup experience. I would not return to the store again and disappointed with Rimowa’s employee training at south coast plaza location .

This place NEVER picks up the phone. Checked with the South Coast Plaza Concierge and they confirmed the store has been reopened for a while now. Call them and see!

I live in LA but the Beverly Hills location was out of stock for the item I wanted. I called Costa Mesa and they had it. The manager Seth is just the greatest. He was so incredibly helpful, was really honest with me about the pros and cons of the product I wanted, and then sent me a link to place the order and had it shipped directly to me. He checked in with UPS updates and made sure I received the package. 12/10 experience. I really appreciate not only how easy Seth made the whole process but also how kind and friendly he was. I absolutely LOVE my purchase. Highly recommend shopping here.

We own MANY pieces of Rimowa luggage. My carry on lock failed to open with our set combination and I was left with not being able to open it in my hotel room. I called the Rimowa store in the Simon mall in Aria and asked for help. I had to bring my bag over to them to open it. I was told by the salespeople there that the lockers fail often and I just need to keep trying different combos of numbers to see if I can get it to unlock. I was dumbfounded as Rimowa luggage is very expensive and I do not ever expect to have to play roulette with the lock combo to get my bag to open. That is crazy!!!! I called Rimowa customer support and it was confirmed to me that yes their locks fail often and it's the customer's issue to deal with. If you happen to be near a Rimowa store you can get help in a store just like I did. If you aren't than you are totally screwed as to how you can get into your own suitcase. Rimowa does not make the high quality products they profess to and they do not stand by their products when a customer has issues. This was news to me but glad I know now.

Bit on the higher scale side, but if anything breaks their warranty is amazing, and seems like one of 20 stores visited, the staff was just happy. Being happy means better attitude, and they're getting paid well.. not like all those stingy a$$ POS.. dept stores, Rimowa staff were just happy and all items were readily available, because they stayed happy. My girlfriend once instagrammed unknown suspect in her hometown, and she didn't get backstop
