I visited Ralph Lauren South Coast Plaza this afternoon around 6pm with my service dog. Instead of addressing my needs or offering assistance, the lady at the entrance focused solely on questioning the legitimacy of my service dog. She followed us throughout the store as if we would steal something and never asked us if we needed anything. Very cold and snobbish atmosphere. I wouldn’t shop there. I just went shopping to MaxMara and Sandro, at least they have nicer staff. Maybe they should go take classes there to acquire customer service skills.

Nice store, but very small selection. They don't even carry the classic v-neck cable knit sweater, or Rugby shirts! Employees quietly follow you around...

Never order online Ralph Lauren. Purchased a gift online not the outlet Ralph Lauren online and they said they will GIFT WRAP the item . This is what GIFT wrap looks like in REAL LIFE vs what is shown on their website. What a JOKE! I paid extra for the gift wrap! Apparently either they're too lazy to wrap it in a box w a bow on top or this is their version of GIFT wrap - CARDBOARD BOX Lol Never again!!

Two staff members were extremely helpful as I placed my online order. They were able to inform me of the location that I could purchase a few of my items without having to waiting for shipping. I know they were busy, but they didn't rush me when I was on the phone with them. Thank you!

I bought a linen polo shirt after 1 week find out the quality is so bad! I went there to return by receipt in my hand but they didn’t behave me in a polite way and didn’t accept to return.I am totally not satisfied about the quality of the shirt also the manner they behaved me at all!

Ralph Lauren in South Coast Plaza store is an amazing store with great selection of clothing what’s the new styles coming in and the Ralph Lauren consultants at the store are amazing, friendly and courteous

If you are looking for people who judge you based on what you are wearing, this is your store. Personally, I own a lot of Ralph Lauren clothing ranging from polos to suits. I just decided to stop by after shopping for some items because I love RL and their clothing. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place and never imagined it to be from RL. This place was empty (I can understand why). So much for working sales. Anyways, spend your money in places that give you better customer service. Honestly, it's just Ralph Lauren too LOL.
