Everyone one at rack n road awesome. Had my roof rack ripped off by carwash. The checked it out made sure tracks were still intact and assembled the new towers for me.

Very happy with installation of 4Runner ladder. Only issue was time it took to get ladder. Ladder vendor not good with updates on shipping or eta for arrival. But that was not Rack N Road issue. Once received, they were quick to schedule install and pleasure to work with. Would use again.

Best experience here! Friendly, knowledgeable, exceptional service. They fit me in same day for my trailer hitch!! They even installed a Yakima rack I bought off Facebook and had had no idea what to do with. They even printed out instructions for me for when it comes time to mount the tire. Will definitely be back. Just exceptional experience all around.

Just purchased my Fourth Yakiam cargo box for my small SUV the other 3 were installed 7 years ago on my camper and utility trailer they experienced thousands of miles in All types of weather months at a time including Subzero temps with little to No signs of wear the Folks at Orange County Rack N Road are Great

Went in to get replacement keys for my Yakima bike rack. Only problem was there were no numbers on the lock cores indicating which keys were needed. Tom went through about 2 dozen keys until he found the right one. Luckily they had it in stock so no special order needed. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so because they’re very helpful and will get the job done correctly. I recommend you check out Rack N Road first before going other places.

Outstanding place to shop, checkout equipment, and get great advice. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, will spend as much time with you as you’d like. They definitely went the extra mile for me. I went in to purchase one item. They had it in stock, helped me install it (really installed it for me), demo’ed all I needed to know about the product and even provided a few small things I needed to make my purchase really work for free.
