They have a problem in their system. I had an appointment. They were to send a code to me via email. No code was sent, so when I went to check into my appointment I was told I would have to be on stand-by (which means you wait 1-2 hours). There is no reason for Quest to send a "code" or for the patient to need a "code" when one already has an appointment scheduled via their website. (Or they just have to follow through and send the code.)

My Quest experiences are the worst. They don't have morning appointments available for weeks, you walk in and need to wait ages being blasted by loud TV with advertisements. YOU FEEL LIKE CATTLE. It's terrible how greed makes healthcare this bad. There is nobody helping you with the check-in process if there are issues. I had to call out into an empty office get someone to come upfront and they couldn't see me in the system even though I had signed up. So, I signed up again, which changed nothing.
The nurse, Martha was really nice and competent though.
I have good insurance and will literally change my primary doctor to someone, who does require me to go here. And, I will tell them why. Healthcare should not feel like this. It hadn't yet at least. This was my second experience (2/2) with Quest.

I'm not even going to rate this quest diagnostics, under staffed , rude very unprofessional... if they can't do the job right and properly manage and staff their labs they should close down or sell the company to a company that can ....

Had my appointment at 9:40, and I was out by 9:53. Super fast appointment. Easy breezy
