This is the gold standard! Not only are the employees knowledgeable, but they are friendly and chill. I can be a bit of an annoying customer as I like to check out multiple items, or am looking for very specific products or brands; yet they are always patient with me. Great folks!

This place sells to minors and not only that there employees are drugged up daily and sell other drugs under the counter. Do not come here unless you wanna get ripped off

Horrible customer service went in to buy a box of dutches and was going to pay full price for every individual pack in the box and was refused because worker said "My manager doesn't like to sell out" when they clearly had more than a box didn't understand the logic in not wanting to sell there product and when asked to speak to manager was just told Ik what they gonna say very unprofessional

I called to ask if they had a specific water pipe and they just said we have large variety, I live a city over its a mission to go to this smoke shop, so it would have been nice if they checked instead of being lazy

Not only does the selection at this smoke shop absolutely SUCK, but they employees are very rude. Also they are incapable of reading labels and doing basic math. They sold me a menthol juice after I specifically said I can't do menthol, and then refused to let me return it literally 30 seconds later. 0/10

This location always, I mean always, has my products. I moved from Costa Mesa to HB and live down the street from the HB location but sad to say they NEVER have anything in stock. I'll drive out of my way to this location obviously for my stuff, but also the employees who recognize me after months of not coming. Keep Up the awesome location guys! Purple haze is awesome!

What can I say? I love this place. It's got such a good vibe. They carry an ample supply of beautiful glass and every thing else you would expect to see in a smoke shop. Everyone that works there is so nice, knowledgable and helpful. The staff adds to the positive vibe you get as you walk through the door.

Best smoke hands down. They are willing to work with you to find the specific product you're looking for. They make you feel like you're amongst friends ,always provide excellent service . They always have the best attitude this smoke is amazing
