“I used Mouse Graphics for a display for our son’s Wedding Rehearsal dinner. It was a Family Tree of weddings. I gave them various qualities of photos, including old Polaroids. We printed them on card stock because we were hanging them on twine. The quality was amazing! Their customer service was the best. Not use to how easy it was to work with a vendor! “I wanted to thank this UPS location for everything they do. I am in and out of her multiple times a week with important shipments for hospitals, and they always take great care of me. The manager Mayra has gone above and beyond to help me find solutions with shipments, Aubrey and Rosie always help with packaging and making sure I get the shipments in the right place to go out asap. On top of their everyday help with shipping they are always kind, helpful, and make it a great experience. There have been times I go in with packages to the ceilings waiting for trucks, a line out the door, customers not being kind to them, and they still are being kind and helpful. Today, I had to create a letter ahead and send out some important papers to my business insurance company. I was helped by Lina, and it was an amazing experience. She walked me through the process that I needed to do and even went further by making sure I understood it all. As I was attempting to do the things that she explained to me, she must have noticed that I was still unsure of what I was doing. She came across the store and helped me step by step. “I bought a gaming chair for my son a few years back, a got the Staples protection plan. I had the protection plan reciept but not the original purchase reciept. I tried to get it by calling the help desk. They were able to give me all the info of my purchase (price, sku, and transaction number) but said they couldn't provide me a copy of the reciept , which meant I couldn't file a claim. I called The Staples on 17th Street where I purchased the chair. I spoke to Carlos the manager, and with no hesitation, he told me to bring in the chair and he would take care of it. It was that easy...my son and I brought in the chair that day and easily exchanged it...no hassle. I've been coming to this Staples for over 18 years for my business needs and over 15+ years for all my sons school needs. Carlos has managed this store for over 20+. He and his team give excellent service. Thank you Carlos!”

“I recently had an online order arranged to be picked up at this location. I decided to check their reviews since I'd never been there. All I saw were horrible reviews about the store being closed a lot thru normal business hours and people unable to get there packages. I decided to call the location around opening time and a friendly woman answered the phone around 10am (opening time). I then called the day before my package was to be delivered and asked how long I had to pick it up once it was delivered and a friendly voice said as long as you need! Today, it was delivered and I called again to see if it was there and it was. I arrived shortly after and a very friendly lady named Nene greeted me and gave me my package after checking my ID and the pick up code. I strongly recommend this shipping store for any of your related needs! Thank you Nene!”
