“My sons passport was taking forever to arrive and we found out that it was bouncing back and forth from NY and Anaheim. The post master and another gentlemen that does passports gave me great advice and they tracked the package down in a couple of days and probably saved us hundreds of dollar and a lot of anguish. We can't thank them enough! Love this post office and the great people that work there. They really came thru for us. Thank you”
“The customer service here is excellent. Whether you need a check cashed, money wired or a mailbox, this family owned business is a great location to take care of those needs. I have been a patron of this location for well over 12 years and have gotten to know the owners. They truly look out for their customers and will do what they can to take care of you as a customer.”

“The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location ?”

“Carolyn at the passport office was VERY helpful and kind. She made sure we knew what we paying for and explained everything very well.
She also caught an error, on a sealed state document, that we hadn't noticed before. Now, we can sort that out and be sure to have the important documents that are needed and copies for safekeeping.
Carolyn answered all of my questions and made the process quick and easy for me, which was really nice. Also, she's a great photographer!
There are two downsides that are related to the physical Postal Buidling itself:
1. The ceiling of the passport office is made of skylights, and this makes it EXTREMELY BRIGHT while youre in the office. I have very painful eye and skin problems when I'm in brightly lit areas, and this passport office made those way worse. There isn't a proper ceiling. The only light in the office is the light that enters the room via the skylights.
It is way too bright to serve those with migraines or vision problems.
2. Due to the skylight/ceiling bringing the light in, it also brought the heat in. It was warm and very sunny today, so it was BOILING inside that room. I pass out when it's too hot, and the heat in that room (due to the skylights) could also be very detrimental to other disabled/visually impaired people.
I'm letting you (USPS -Sunflower) know so you can take initiate to ask to be to fix these problems. That way, more people from all walks of life can use your passport facilities without bodily harm.”
“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“Recently went to GG post office to renew my passport, made an appointment 1 week prior, Nannete the office postmaster was very helpful in processing my docs in a timely manner. It got really busy only because people don't fill out their applications correctly and that delays other people's appointment. Nannete tries to help people in the office as much as possible and answers questions. She's awsome!
I reccomend people make an appointment and fill out their docs before the appointment.”

I'm from NY so our post offices are a nightmare but this place was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful with suggesting other packages that would work better with what I was needing to send out. “This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”

“I love this post office. The girls are always kind to me and I don't ever get any push back for anything. I come here daily and my packages get scanned within minutes of dropping them off. The area is not the best, but I rather go to this post office than any other in Santa Ana.”
“Post office is 10/10. Shoutout to a gentleman named Mike B. I had a package that was taking its sweet time from NJ to get there. I was worried the package had been lost. After talking to Mike, he was understanding, and gathered my information. We had spoken a few times and he was accurate, and did his due diligence to assist in tracking my package. I can not thank him enough for his hard work. Highly recommend him!”
“Just dropped by the post office for my passport renewal appointment this morning; and i have to say it made my day.Usually, the place is cold and very impersonal, but it was the contrary today.i would like to give a big shoutout to a very lovely lady named Monica. “I ship things almost every other day and this is my favorite post office! The gentleman(s) that works here are very kind. Are never in a rush. Since it's a smaller post office my package tracks faster than the other places. Also, they never give me a hard time when I ask for a receipt. Some post office will not give you a receipt if you have already paid for shipping online. I need a receipt sometimes because the one time that I don't get it my package goes not track at all. So I love this one !”

“I was about to leave for vacation and had a complication regarding my PO Box. Daniel stood up for me even though it was just after hours as I wouldn’t have been able to rectify the situation for another couple weeks with an already full PO Box. Daniel exemplified excellent customer service and went above and beyond when others were hesitant to do so. He saved me a ton of grief and having worked in customer service for over 20 years I’m incredibly grateful for his hospitality. An excellent asset to the team.”
“I always have a pleasant experience going to this post office. I’m a black man and probably the only black man that goes here which should tell you that all of the other negative reviews are from entitled individuals. I have been treated with so much kindness at this post office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It gets busy and they have to fulfill the requests from everyone in a timely manner. You have customers who want to take their time at the counters, be on their phones talking to family members to make sure the address is correct, or don’t even have their ish together. The customers I see coming through are very rude, it’s not the employees. I say if you don’t like this place maybe find somewhere else and have an attitude evaluation. These are hardworking people that don’t have the time to be bothered with arrogant entitled people. I give this place 5 stars.”
