“The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location ?”

“Quick, friendly, helpful, and resourceful. If you only went to this post office for your entire life all the phrases and idioms like “going postal” would be completely lost on you. I have lived less than 2 miles from this post office for almost 5 years and the only unpleasant experiences with post offices I’ve had was when I was unable to go to this location.Midway City is the most convenient place to live. The post office is laid back and easy going, Midway City Sanitation easily accessible and handle things ins timely manner, the property taxes are lower than average and the Vietnamese community are wonderful. I am so grateful I found this gem.”
“I love this post office. The girls are always kind to me and I don't ever get any push back for anything. I come here daily and my packages get scanned within minutes of dropping them off. The area is not the best, but I rather go to this post office than any other in Santa Ana.”

“I would like to say that after being passed around by the company I ordered from to try and fix the address they misprinted I ended calling usps and Tony went and physically looked for my package saw that the business only put the numbers of my address and not the street(it was not my fault my confirmation email says I put my full address) he fixed it and had it sent out for the next day mail delivery. Let me tell you that is the kind of service that is stellar. He could’ve easily told me no but instead he went and fixed it even tho it wasn’t their fault that the address was wrong. “This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”

“I ship things almost every other day and this is my favorite post office! The gentleman(s) that works here are very kind. Are never in a rush. Since it's a smaller post office my package tracks faster than the other places. Also, they never give me a hard time when I ask for a receipt. Some post office will not give you a receipt if you have already paid for shipping online. I need a receipt sometimes because the one time that I don't get it my package goes not track at all. So I love this one !”
