Joab and crew...From the initial phone call to arriving at the shop, these gentlemen were all welcoming and professional as can be. I brought them a 2024 Bronco (Black) that I recently purchased and was looking to enhance it's appearance by adding a ceramic finish.After researching many shops I decided to go with PPD, not only for their competitive and fair pricing, but mainly for the no pressure treatment I received that allowed me to make the best decision for my truck.Other shops were quick to sell me on the "full package" deal and not provide me with what I initially was looking to do with my truck. At Platinum Plus, they gave me options and ultimately help me decide on what was best for my Bronco based on my budget (they didn't try and sell me on stuff I didn't need).Since I was giving up my ride for a few days while the guys worked on it, Joab was gracious and kind to offer one of his own personal vehicles so that I could still get around, that alone spoke volumes of the man, which again, made my decision come easily. Oh yeah, he also gave me a ride home knowing I was taking an Uber and decided to do me that favor.Class act, clean and professional shop, courteous, great and top of the line products, and most of all friendly.. You can't ask for more than that. Will I continue taking my vehicles to Platinum Plus detailing, ABSOLUTELY.

Joab was on top of the project from the very start. The car looks fantastic. I know it might be a little thing, but Platimum Plus even took off the license plate and frame to coat the car everywhere. I would definitely take another vehicle to him.

Platinum Plus helped with some warranty work done by another shop and I couldn't have had a better experience. Joab was kind, helpful, clear and very knowledgeable. I was referred to Platinum Plus Detailing ("PPD") by a friend of mine for their ceramic coating services. I sent a Yelp message and was responded to by Mr. Joab promptly. Joab went over all of PPD's various ceramic coating packages and their respective prices. We scheduled a drop off time, which went smoothly. There was some incoming rain over the weekend that I was supposed to pickup, so Joab kindly offered to keep my truck there until the rain had passed (several days) so that I could pick it up in a freshly washed condition. Upon pickup, I was absolutely blown away. My truck looks fantastic, and PPD did an excellent job. I will definitely be a return customer for any future vehicles. Thank you Joab and PPD!

Joab and his team are the best! Whatever you need to protect your car, Joab can provide it at competitive prices. My family has been taking our cars there for years. I had the 7 year Ceramic Pro added to my car. It looks great and it stays easy to clean all year. I just had the annual service performed and it looks like new!
