Recently purchased plumbing fixtures for a master bath remodel. Sales associate Brian was great to work with and very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have beautiful products to choose from. The 1* is for everything that happens after you drop thousands of dollars and order your products. Sales associate left and now we are stuck with a project coordinator that never returns calls. When items do come in no one calls you - you have to reach out to them to check if available to pick up or ship. Then on top of that Items are delayed but no one can tell me for how long or why? They keep saying management will look into it but will not pass a name or contact to work with. Just stuck with the endless lack of communication from my project coordinator. Unfortunately I will never recommend working with Pirch in the future.

Poor user experience. I purchased a $7000 grill that failed to ignite once installed. Pirch took no ownership of this problem. Instead Pirch sent me an e mail with directions to contact me the manufacturer to obtain service on a new product. Pirch was utterly detached from accepting responsibility. I declared a billing dispute and finally obtained Pirchs attention to return the honoring grill. No apology, no willingness to take corrective action and I was advised by Pirchs customer service that the customer is responsible for repairs on a new product. Pirch is a broken business model and operates as a low quality experience at high prices. Worst of all worlds. Avoid.

We built a custom home and our builder ,Hilton Builders, spent hundreds of thousands on high end kitchen, barbecue & bathroom appliances. We have had nothing but problems and working with their warranty department to get things fixed is very difficult.

Great customer service at Pirch! We worked with Chris Pham, who is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient with our many questions and walked us through the many different options until we were satisfied with our choices. We were also very happy with the pricing we received. We highly recommend Pirch and Chris Pham!

we were drawn to Perch because of the various vendors that sell through them. We settled on HESTON REFRIGERATOR, STOVE/OVEN AND DISHWASHER. Main reason what we assumed to be quality products. We were told they were manufactured in Fullerton , Ca. We ASSUMED sine the manufacture was so close any issues would be taken care of immediately by there own service people. WRONG WRONG ITT TOOK A YEAR FOR US TO GET THE FRIDG but we did get the stove immediately and have had issues with the quality of the steal used in the product. Perch could not fix this issue because they do not have the repair staff. We have the replacements from Heston but Perch repair group stated they do not have the ability to install the new product. BE CAREFULL WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY THE SALES GROUP.

Angry as HELL!!!I spent $11,347 on a Wine Fridge & Ice Maker and waited several weeks for to arrive as expected. Then it all arrived and was I told it was ready for delivery, but I needed some time to get the cabinets built and they said they could hold it until September but no longer. On August 24th I emailed Tori Hall that I was ready to take delivery and I received an email that the items I purchased were missed shipped "Sold to someone else". These are my items that I PAID for and I want them now and not in three weeks.This is on you PIRCH, get them expedited and delivered as Promised.Dan Boaz

I had come to Pirch for a Sub Zero 48" refrigerator. I had been waiting for the release of this model since the summer of 2022 that was to have LED lighting & stainless accents. We gave our deposit in February 2023. We were told it could come as early as April but May 12 was our actual day. Every few weeks we would call looking for our delivery date and they said they were having problems with a part from China . They never could give us a date and said maybe September or October. We decided to call Sub Zero and they found us our exact model and delivered it the next day. Pirch still would not come forward with an actual date and we canceled our order with them and they didn't seem the least bit concerned that we walked away from a $15k deal. Horrible customer service and Sub Zero told us there was never a part issue from China. Be careful they used my money all those months and strung us along with multiple excises.

AVOID!!!! PIRCH IS THE WORST!!! Their delivery and install team is unreliable and they simply do not care. They act like they have never installed appliances before and are highly inexperienced. I was rescheduled multiple times and it took an additional 4 weeks for them to install my range because of scheduling issues.

Order and paid for a whole kitchen worth of appliance, weeks before the delivery the refrigerator went missing, lucky someone else in the warehouse found it. Went to their showroom again to pay for installation and few week later the delivery guys drop all the appliances off in the garage and told us they do not do install. Called Pirch and cleared that up, the install team show up week later, specified where all the power water and gas line need to be located. The they can and only install a microwave. Finally we relocate all the lines and is ready for installation. Then they cancel our appointment because we had balance due. An amount that is about less then 1% of the total amount we spent in that store. And it was canceled without any real effort of trying to reach us. Also the balance the claimed we still owed is also incorrect. I know someone replied to this review but they left an invalid email address. Still going no where with this establishment.

there are much better customer service oriented places to buy from. pirch needs to reevaluate theri system. i guess they got way too big too fast! We Purchased a dishwasher, was told it will be delivered in 3 weeks 4 weeks later called them up to see what is the hold up, they said : oh! It's been here. Haven't you got a call? Then they schedule delivery and said we are first on the list. Then they called and said between 1:00 to 3:00 and at 3:30 they cancel the appointment and today we receive a text we are told they don't have opening until 5 days from now.

Pirch sales was very good, so I gave one star. The supervisor of the installers totally screwed up this sale today because he has no customer service skills. His team scheduled me for the last call of the day (between 3 and 6pm), showed up after 6pm and then said they could not install because no 50 amp receptacle was installed. I had asked for install instructions several times and they never said it required a receptacle. I offered to run to HD to get it but their lousy supervisor would not let them wait because it was after 6pm. Its their fault its 6pm not mine! Their directions were incomplete..his team checked them too. I paid ALOT for an install, and they would not wait 20 minutes when I had waited ALL day! I have other contractors coming tomorrow and now I need to rearrange them. What really makes me mad is that he had no regard for my time. Pirch, you need to get rid of this guy! He does no represent you well and is an imbarassment to his install team. Ill be telling everyone to go somewhere else now, and certainly will not use your install team again. Deplorable management. No other words for it. We ordered an expensive oven for our remodeled kitchen, paid extra for install. We had everything from the instructions ready (we had double-checked with company too) only to be told there are "communication issues" between install personnel. They could not install our oven because there something NOT PUT IN THE DIRECTIONS OR TOLD TO OTHER PEOPLE. Made us wait another day, on a critical weekend where we really need an oven!

I would give zero star if it was an option. Customer service is great when they take your money but when they mess up and have to refund you they don't care if it gets done. I purchased a $1,500.00 bathroom fixture from them and they promised my purchase was available and will be delivered in 2 days if I buy in within 15 minutes or else I'll miss the delivery date. I get a call after leaving the store that they messed up and delivery will be coming from a closer warehouse but delivery won't happen for another week. I immediately told them to cancel because I can buy it from Mayfair and get delivery the next day. The sales girl then went to lunch and forgot to process my refund. Then when she got back she told me credits are done by accounting, not the store. I told her I did not pay by a credit card, it was my debit card. The money has been taken out for a product you can't sell. I called the next day and was told by manager that she will call accounting to credit my debit card asap. 2 days went by and no refund. On the 3rd day I spoke to another manager. They promised the same thing. I actually called a manager in accounting myself and was told she will refund me immediately. Still no refund. Today I called in and was told by another manager that accounting is closed for the weekend and nothing can be done til Monday. He will call accounting on Monday to request refund. Are they purposely holding my money because they need it to pay employees? Did they sell me something knowing they can't deliver to scam me?
