When you book a grooming with a specific groomer I expect that groomer to be the one doing the grooming.. They said booking your appointment with a specific groomer doesn't ensure they are the ones doing the grooming which by itself is a terrible policy. When I voiced my disappointment with this policy the woman at the front desk just gave me a bunch of attitude. Never going back to Petsmart grooming ever again. I'm writing this review after completing a grooming appointment with Petco and they are by far way better with their customer service.

I TRUELY love shopping at this store. All the managers are always so great with customer service plus, AND IT SHOWS WITH THE REST OF THEIR STAFF being knowledge and more. They are a wonderful asset to Persmart.I am still loving the staff and managers. They are all very helpful and treat me like I am the only one in the store. The shelves have been well stocked and the store is always clean and organized.

I drive to the curb for curbside pickup' no parking. So I parked next row p.Ip notified the app and waited 30 minutes and was surprised to find out that i already picked up my order. Odd, since I have not recieved anything or exited my car. Since my teleporter is broken I went inside and was told to go back out to my car. Thankfully an extremely good looking associate brought out my dog food I said thank you. Gave him the contents of my wallet, abd drove home ?..

I tried to make an appointment to get my older lab bathed etc. at the ABQ Sept Smart. The first question was, "can he stand for 4 hours" ? What? 4 hours? No way. The person was rather rude too. No more Pet Smart for us. We found a mobile groomer that did a bang up job and not, they didn't ask if he could stand for 4 hours. In case anyone wants to know it was Spudz Sudz here in Albuquerque.

This is specifically about pet smart but more of the adoption event they had going on outside on 1/27/23 I went by because I saw the event going on. I've worked with multiple adoption agencies have adopted out dogs, fostered, rescued, etc. I parked to see if any dogs could need a foster or I could post pictures of the event going on only was gonna be there for a few minutes and leave. I went to park and they where blocking one parking spot so I had to awkwardly park in the spot next to it (I drive a large truck) so I accidentally took up 2 spots (even tho they where blocking the one I was crooked in) and the lady yelled at me to move who worked the adoption event. I told her I'd only be there for 2 minutes to take some pictures and leave and she continued to yell at me to move like I get I was kinda blocking the second parking spot BUT SO WHERE THEY. I told her I just wanna take some pictures to help these dogs find a home and leave and told her I've helped a lot of pets get homes she said she didn't care and that I needed to fix my parking. For someone trying to save dogs she doesn't seem to interested at that point I got a little snappy and just left. I felt really disrespected for only SLIGHTLY parking crooked in a parking spot.

This was the worst grooming experience my dog received from PetSmart! Completely uneven, long in some areas and down to skin in others. They couldn't follow directions. It took a 6 weeks for her to have enough growth to even it out. I talked to the manager. She was rude and defended her groomer. Again worst experience my 6 year old dog ever had. Never go back!!!

The grooming services are fantastic and also always have the best service . We have brought in our golden several times for a puppy cut, nail trim and teeth brushing - she always comes back dog show ready!

Bought a five dollar tube of pet toothpaste for our dogs and it was spoiled, absolutely unusable. I went to take it back and they said, unless you have the box that it came in we cannot take it back and refund your money. What kind of business is this that rips off people like this? The customer is always right. When Brad Kriser on this particular facility, it was a classy place, but now it is as low a grade as they come.

When I complained to the older female cashier with a limp for taking so long to refund a pet gate, she said, 'It's because I don't like you'. I will never purchase anything from the Costa Mesa PetSmart again!

I took my little dog for their Christmas pictures and everyone was nice and everything. I had an appointment I wrote my email down and they said I'd get the photos the same day around 7. I waited and nothing so I gave it a couple days and called. The girl I spoke to was rude didn't really care and hung up as I asked a question. I called again yesterday on Wednesday and the man was much nicer asked for information and dog description. He said their photo person would be in at 1:30 they'll take a look at this for me and still nothing. My dog is pretty distinct and I described him in detail. I don't think I'm getting my photo. I wish I brought my own camera but I was too busy trying to get him to look at their camera. Pretty upset because I was excited about my little guys first Santa picture. I don't know how much more descriptive I could have been. A chihuahua terrier in a red outfit with reindeer antlers and his name written next to my name, email and phone number.
