I took my new kitty to have his matts shaved out, and instead, she managed to remove them all with a special comb. It cost me about a third what I expected to pay and he looked amazing.

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and understanding. We got a rescue spaniel whose hair was so tangled and long and Rebecca was able to fit him in quickly for a haircut and my gorgeous rescue pooch looked amazing when she was done. Definitely recommend.

I recently took my 2 yr old Maltese to Penelope’s for the first time. I kid you not I never knew his coat was so white or could be so soft! Lol I almost didn’t recognize him! So handsome but the best part is he knew it! He is acting happier and prancing around more. Penelope’s Parlor is in a league of its own.
