Their drivers driving around erratically, speeding past people just to stop at a red light. Speeding in a school zone, only reason they slowed is because of other drivers not letting them pass through. This is probably how they get their business by causing accidents. I saw this driver almost cause 2 accidents. Not okay CRASH CHAMPIONS.

I purchased a brand new Kia Telluride. While experimenting with my parking in our garage, (it's a bit of a longer vehicle than the Jeep Cherokee i was used to parking.) I didnt pull in far enough and the garage door hit the back of the hatch. I caught it, so it only damaged the upper panel. The next time it happened, we hit close and walked away. The next day, the whole back end was scratched all the way down. I called Crash Champions and was told to bring er on down. That was Monday. It was perfectly done. Had er back by Friday. Nathan & Leslie and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. Hopefully, I'll never have to get that repair again, or any other! We finally got smart and hung a tennis ball from the garage, so we know exactly when to stop!! Thank you to Crash Champion Costa Mesa, for your expert job. It was also an extremely positive experience working with these folks. They always kept me updated and were very professional!! We will use them in the unfortunate event it happens again! Thanks again, all of you at Crash Champions!!!! Gold Star....

Nathan at Crash Collision was excellent at keeping me updated on my repairs. The car was ready on time, washed, smelling good. He even fixed a rim for me, no extra charge. I highly recommend getting your car repaired at their Costa Mesa shop on Placentia.

Went to get an estimate on my truck, because i had other damage 5' to tge rear they wouldn't give an estimate. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN GOUNG THERE, TOO LAZY, also don't even try Caliber, just as flakey.

I requested crash champions to do the repairs for my truck and they are really doing an amazing job with everything. I had the pleasure of having Nathan from crash champions he helped me out with my truck he was very helpful and friendly and kept me notified about my vehicle and all the things that were being done and making sure that I had nothing to worry about. The service was amazing great customer care and support and the overall price and estimates are very reasonable and the whole team over there are just so amazing couldn't recommend them enough

Leslie and her staff, went above and beyond with their Customer Service. My Mercedes Benz, looks absolutely beautiful, everything, Leslie and her staff said what they were going to do, they did. I was updated daily, when I dropped off the Benz, I was driven home and my Benz was also delivered after the repairs were done, to my home. it was a " Five Star" experience, Crash Champion, is my go to shop, dealing with all my cars ! Took over two weeks for some simple body work, five of those days just to paint the car. “We don’t have a painter right now”…. Pretty sure you don’t need to be certified to paint a vehicle. Could have been done so much sooner. Obviously trying to milk the most $ out of my insurance company.
