Orange Bay Apartments is home! The complex is located next to the "downtown" of Costa Mesa and walking distance to many restaurants. Not far from the beach, the complex has so much to offer for all age types. Management is always so responsive during any sort of needs. They are quick to assist with any maintenance requirements - I recently had an issue with my water heater and it was replaced in a timely manner with no hassle. I love my apartment, the other tenants are so respectful and I truly enjoy my time here (great parking access for guests also!!)
