I have been a customer at the Omega Boutique at South Coast Plaza for a few years. I'm a little embarrassed it took me this long to post a review, but it's been on my mind lately. So it's time for a story...
Firstly, I visited both Omega and Rolex boutiques in 2021 to decide which brand to go with. My experience at Rolex was awful; they had this attitude of "elitist" and were too good/busy to talk to new customers. It was very off-putting and not what I was expecting at all.
Omega was the complete opposite. At the time, Lee was the one who greeted my brother and I, and he was so down-to-earth, friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. My brother wanted a 007 NTTD, so Lee kindly let us see one. Before we left, we got his contact info, and he even gifted us some Omega magazines. I can't even describe the stark contrast between how we were treated at Rolex vs Omega. When I was ready to buy my first luxury piece, I remembered Lee and how special my initial walk-in experience was at Omega; I couldn't go with any other boutique.
Fast forward, and I've been a customer of this boutique for almost 3 years and purchased five watches from them. Lee is no longer a sales rep at this boutique, but he occasionally stops in. Now, when I buy pieces or stop by, I get the pleasure of talking with Tina; she is lovely, knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. Without Tina I would not have my dream watch! Thank you for everything TINA!
Overall, there are amazing people at this boutique. If you want to become a lifelong Omega customer, I recommend visiting this boutique since they treat you like family.
Thank you to all the managers and employees at Omega South Coast. You guys are AMAZING!

Got an excellent service here even though I only came to check an Omega watch I bought somewhere else. Got a confirmation on the serial number & warranty card, watch was also pressure tested. Great experience. Will be coming here for service and maybe to buy some other piece. Thank you!

A good friend of mine & I took a quick trip up to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa from San Diego for a quick lunch turnaround. Shortly after eating at Populaire Modern Bistro, we stopped in at the Omega Boutique and were welcomed by Tina who was absolutely amazing! My buddy wanted to obtain more information on the Omega Speedmaster Moon Professional Watch. In addition, he also looked at the Seamaster 300M “007 Edition”. She made sure we were comfortable, offered us coffee, champagne, and offered to show us any of the watches we wanted to look more closely at. Tina was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and sociable. We exchanged information and my buddy definitely wanted to return with his wife to introduce to Tina and show her the 007 Seamaster which he only saw in-person for the first time today. We wanted to see the presentation boxes for both watches which Tina had no problem showing us. Upon leaving, Tina gave us both their catalog of their watches, and bottled water for us for our drive back to San Diego. If you’re looking for an Omega watch, or just want to see the models they have for the current year, stop in and see Tina.

Very professional boutique.
So my Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra was running about 14 to 15 seconds fast per day by February of 2024. When I first got it, back the summer of 2019, it was only about 1.3 seconds fast per day. So it was definitely time to get it serviced.
When I brought my Seamaster to this boutique, they told me it would be ready in May. However, I received it April: So it was repaired more quickly than I expected.
Omega did a great repair job on my watch. It is now only about 1.2 seconds slow per day. It is accurate for a fully mechanical watch.

Truly customer service at its highest, Edward had multiple solutions right away and was able to take care of it on the spot. We had a very good experience with OMEGA. Me and my fiancé purchased two watches and Hiroo Nakai was so helpful and professional. He provided us with all details about our watches. Excellent service. Out of all the watch boutiques I've been to in South Coast, Omega has always been the friendliest. They also have watches that are of the highest quality and very underrated. It's basically Rolex quality without the pretentiousness. I recommend talking with Noel she is always very helpful and nice.

I went there last weekend to buy a watch. The sales woman who was assisting me, did not have any knowledge about the watches was very rude and pushy acted irritated that she spending time with me. Her attitude was are you buying or not she definitely talked me out of buying a watch at least from that store.
