Tai from OCMS reality is an amazing realtor! Tai and his wife Pam are the ultimate power couple. He helped us closed on our first home and we couldn't have done it without his guidance! We really felt like part of the family where it now feels weird to not talk to them every week lol. Tai genuinely looks out of his clients best interest and goes out of the way for them. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We highly recommend them!

Beware of Omnia Home Solutions operating out of this address. I received an unsolicited "PROPERTY NOTIFICATION" postcard in the mail with a "very important message" about my property. The card said it was urgent that I talk to them. They urgently want to buy my property as a private sale. The card had a return address of Omnia Home Solutions at 600 Anton Suite 1100 Costa Mesa 92626. I googled the address and apparently it has the same address as OCSM reality. I've attached a copy of the postcard they mailed me. The best way to know what your home is worth is to put it on the market in a way that as many potential buyers as possible know your property is for sale. But if you sell your home via a private sale, only ONE buyer knows your property is for sale before it sells to that one buyer. Outfits like Omnia Home Solutions benefit from private sales. Sellers who want to maximize the sale price generally lose out.

6th transaction in 10 years. That should speak volumes of how much I trust OCMS. The customer service is bar none. I challenge everyone out there to find someone else that will bend over backwards for you like them. Better yet, it'll be only a matter time everyone finds out they could've made a better choice!

This would be our 5th transaction with Pam & Tai over the last decade. From refinancing, to buying and selling, hands down the best and professional in the business. There is one time I went outside of them because of incentives and we horribly regret dealing with amateurs in the industry. Pam and Tai give their opinions, and go the extra mile for whatever benefits the client. Communication is clear, concise and they are readily always available to help you through it. From experience from other companies, there is a striking difference in efficiency and customer service.I have referred many to them already, and will have a lifelong relationship for future endeavors.

Sold my house during COVID19 with Tai. Incredible service from making sure I had termite done to getting repairs. Following up on the other agent to insure contingency removal. My house was sold without putting up a for sale sign. They took care of a lot of unforeseen issues. Couold not recommend. I give them a 10. They earned their commission.

Let’s be honest- when it comes to mortgage and home refinancing, it’s an incredibly intimidating situation to navigate if you’re not too familiar with the matter. There are various steps, documents, stipulations and guidelines that must be followed to a T when either seeking a home loan or refinancing but with the guidance from a seasoned and highly efficient mortgage lender like Pam your worries are quickly mitigated. I was lucky enough to have been referred to Pam and Tai (realtor) froma good friend of mine when I was house hunting and although I have decided to put a pause on purchasing a home I have kept in close contact with Pam.When my Father In Law was looking to refinance his home, I instantly referred him to Pam. From the moment they spoke to the last document signed, Pam was on top of it all and confidently guided my FIL through the entire process. Her open communication, swift follow ups and efficient manner was so reassuring to my FIL. Her years of experience ensured a fluid transaction and my FIL is extremely happy with the service that Pam provided. I can’t wait to work with Pam and Tai when the timing is right for us to become first time homeowners! Do yourself a favor and have Pam and Tai as your mortgage lender and realtor if you’re looking for unmatched expertise and stellar service; they truly are the crème de la crème in the real estate industry!

Tai worked with us every step of the way during purchase of our home and made sure we were covered in signing our escrow documents. He was constantly interacting with the seller's agent to work out a deal best for both parties, and made himself available for walkthroughs and inspections, for which I could see he was thorough on. He also gave us advice and recommendations for house maintenance and improvements, above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend him.

They have made home buying easier than buying toilet paper in these pandemic times. Lol! All jokes aside. Tai (Realtor) and Pam (Mortgage Broker) are the people you want on your side when it comes to buying a home. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated like family. Whether it is normal business hours, the weekend, or 9:30 PM on a weekday, whenever we ask, and they will provide an answer. We found the house that we like, and Tai would scheduled a tour for us right away. He help us through the whole price negotiation, and closing. We could not ask for a better realtor. First time home-buyer here, so I don't really have a reference of what the home-buying process should be like. But I've heard the horror stories! Naturally, I wanted to be very cautious about the team that I hired to help me make the biggest purchase of my life. I'm sure I had hundreds of silly questions. Tai (real estate agent) and his wife Pam (mortgage broker) answered all of them with honesty and grace. They are both extremely hard-working, fast, and knowledgable. Seriously, Tai and Pam made the whole process SO EASY for me. From start to finish, Pam was constantly updating me on where we are and what the next step is. All my texts were answered with minutes. If I told Tai that I wanted to view a house, we were there the next day. Ultimately, I decided on a older house that had a couple of complications. Pam was able to find the right lender for me in spite of the complications about the home. And Tai helped me with negotiations so I got a good deal on the home. I have a feeling that there was some behind-the-scenes drama between them, the sellers, the lenders, and the escrow company. . .but Tai and Pam did their magic and worked it all out for me. Which lead me to have a very pleasant and minimally stressful experience. If you want a couple of bulldogs on your team, these two are it. Look no further!

Tai has been so wonderful in helping me sell my home and getting me into a new home. Great broker to work with as well as such a great handyman. He helped us put together our new fridge and went with my husband and I to get the right supplies to fix little items in our new house. I definitely would use him for all real estate needs. He is awesome!

Words CANNOT describe how superb Tai and Pam Nguyen are as a professional realtors that deliver top-notch service! A couple of months ago I started the relocation process across country, with buying a condo in the OC area. I took other fellow yelper's advice and picked The Nguyen Team as my realtors because of the high ratings and the stellar things I read about them. They both look out for their clients from start to finish, exceeding my needs and expectations along the way. They are the kind of people you want representing you. Tai is always informative, with strong skills, has a lot of positive energy, and was always on the look out for exactly what I was looking for, which is exactly what everyone should be looking for as a realtor. From day one to even now after closing, they were both there for me. Exceptional service, exceptional realtors, the team you want. Tai and Pam made a great team. From the very beginning to the end of our house purchase, loan process, documents understanding & signing, we were helped and guided throughout the whole process--without feeling overbearing. We were very cared for; still are, even though escrow are closed and technically they don't need to help us anymore. They made the whole process short and smooth, answer all our questions even during nights or days off (which is never it seems). Thanks so much Tai and Pam for making the purchase of our house easy and painless. You guys are amazing and I'd recommend you to anyone who need real estate services.
