Really helpful! Ryan was awesome. He checked out my Audi and didn't even charge me to fix a rattling noise. I had to make a Starbucks run for him and his staff. Told me to come back for servicing and I absolutely will!

They took over a business that was in place for decades and ran by a real honest straight shooter named Bill. My truck was last with Bill for new tires brakes and alignment. I wanted the tires rotated and a fluid leak fixed. Got it back and it doesn't steer straight and when I called they sent me to a Tire store for alignment. Really dissatisfied they weren't upfront.

Visiting the area in March 2019, my 2013 audi allroad had a failed water pump, so we found this shop to repair my car. It is now February 2021 and we again now have a leak in the pump. Taking the car now to an official audi repair shop, we were told whoever replaced the pump used after market bolts and severely damaged the fins during the pump installation. Now we have to replace the entire system due to this shop's carelessness and negligence. Do not trust this shop. Here is a picture of the damaged fins. It is most likely that because we were visiting and not likely to return for further repairs or complaints, they felt they could get away with subpar parts and repair. Shady!!!

Came in with a few friends and ordered I believe most of the vegetarian items on the menu. The lentil soup was fine, but the mushroom soup was really good. The potato pancakes by themselves tasted like gourmet hash browns, but the applesauce took it to another level. The cheese spatzle was really nice - I don't usually like very cheesy dishes, but this one with the caramelized onions was very well balanced. We had the stuffed mushroom too which was quite nice. One thing that I found surprising was we asked the waitress to recommend beers to go with our food and she proceeded to ask us questions - light/dark, smooth/sharp etc and I would've preferred if they just paired the food with beer.

I absolutely LOVE suppenkuche, it's my go to German spot. It's literally the closest thing I've ever gotten food-wise to what I eat when I'm in Germany. Definitely a must if you're in the mood to try something new or taste that little bit of home away from home.

Ryan is fair an stand up guy. I needed an oil change on my '02 M3 which was past due and I wanted to get it done asap. Although he didn't have any openings until after thanksgiving, he was able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of. I would highly suggest his services to anyone and I'll surely be servicing my car here moving forward!

Ryan and his team are the most skilled and honest shop around. I won't let anybody else go under the hood of my BMW. Friendly and more than fair pricing! Thank you Ryan!

Fast courteous and very honest. Great work prices compared roughly 2/3 of local competitors. What else needs to be said? Get your car down there and get back on the road in hours.

LOCATION: as you turn onto Rochester St, immediately look to the right, as the shop entrance comes up quick. PRICING: if you compare prices for local BMW repair shops, these guys generally have the most competitive fees. SERVICE: Been taking my BMW to Crevier for years for regular oil changes, mileage services, and some major services. Felt like their prices were becoming more expensive, so decided to compare prices at local shops. Found these guys on yelp and it's been great. I've had brakes and suspension worked on, oil changes, and axle repairs. All this work would've cost me an arm and a leg at the dealership, but these guys saved me $$$ and did great work. MISC: they do not work on A/C. If you pay cash, it's usually a bit cheaper. OVERALL: Ryan's customer service is what has me returning to OC German. He's an honest business owner, who's not trying to upsell and do unnecessary work. He's great at communicating with his customers, offers great prices, and does good work.

I can't say enough about this place. I feel like keep bragging it sounds like a commercial or like he wrote it. I have been to every dealership and German car expert you throw at me in Orange County.Everyone says "go to my guy!"I'm so over that. Yes your guy was good to you but not so much to everyone else.I was getting new tires one day from my favorite place (quick tire) and ran into a friend there doing the same when I told him what I needed he said "go to my guy Ryan!" I said ugh stop I'm so over people saying that. That guy is only good to them.He said follow me over I promise!! Within minutes I was already impressed meeting him.I've bragged about him constantly and laugh because people will say "he's my guy!!"Apparently everyone but me knew about him. There are so many places that lure you in then hit you hard in the wallet, find MORE problems then the ONE you went in for, and make it so the minute you need time to think or can't afford or realize hmm something fishy, they become aggressive or rude and make you feel like if you leave without them doing the work your car will burn up on freeway or something like that He's the complete opposites. He's like nope your fine, you can go x amount of time , don't worry. , etc..He's so chill and sweet. He looked and said this is what the computer is showing but say you can go another 1 year, 3 months, etc..He actually downsells his all his service and will say let's get what you need...because he is not interested in any BS pressure. He's not offended if you need to hold off. Yes he has a business but he is honored by his reputation as the trusted mechanic and owner. He doesn't rip anyone off but maybe himself a bit charging so much less then he should. Ryan is one of those places once you go once, you STAY a customer. I just had more work done.. on a Porsche Mcann and a BMW.Left the car.. 2 hours later had fog lights replaced and 2 oil changes. Beyond the cheapest price, He picked us up and dropped off. No it's not a service so don't get entitled It's one of the many things he does because he cares and/or can.Thank you Ryan AGAIN!
