Itzel was amazing with helping me refinance my car and save so much money every month. she was kind, knowledgeable and hard working. She worked fast and when she wasn't able to get back to me right away because she was with another member, she had her colleague call me to keep the process moving forward. best part is she helped from her branch in California while I was in Alaska. second car loan with Nuvision and I would highly recommend them for financin. Itzel got me the lowest finance rate.

Tess Bermudez at Costa Mesa NuVision Federal Credit union went above and beyond with helping my wife and I. We had been in contact with the Edinger Branch. The employee there (# ) was not helpful at all. She did not fill out our paperwork correctly and was unsure of herself. Her manager had to step in and help her. We did not want to renew my wifes IRA at the rate offered and stated so. We wanted to roll it over into another account with a higher rate. She checked the wrong box! Tess was able to fix everything and offered us an IRA CD at a higher intrest rate. Thanks to Tess, we were able to get our dilemma solved and because of her good service we opened any additional CD at $5,000 and a third one at $15,000. Tony & Celia

Nice people but have 0 idea what they're talking about.... refinanced my car with them without full coverage and wasn't even informed that I needed it! Now I'm being charged $200 and EXTRA every month because of them. Once they sign you up they'll ignore your calls, super unprofessional

I want to start off by saying how thankful I am for finding Nuvision Credit Union. I am beyond appreciative and grateful for the amazing service and experience I received by Ivan Echivarre. He made the impossible, possible for me. For a year and a half I was trying to get a loan to buy myself a truck again since my old truck got totalled in an accident a year and a half ago. After sitting down with Ivan and telling him about how I've been having bad luck on getting a loan, he explained to me how everything works at Nuvision and the things that he can do to help get me the loan the I need. Ivan made my dreams come true by making it possible for me to be able to get a loan and to be able to fix my credit as well. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is trying to get their finances in order or are trying to get the loan they desire to go and see Ivan at Nuvision in Costa Mesa 17th street.

Awful service everywhere at this credit union. It seems ever since the pandemic they have trained their bankers to mindlessly sell any product to you possible and offer a minimum of 3 useless products. No doubt it comes from the mindless management of Chris Brahney, Sally Im and the biggest donkey of them all Lindsey Knoedel.

Jimmy was a life saver! I needed a lawyer who wanted quite a bit of money that I had to get together in ONE DAY! I was so stressed and had no idea what to do. When I came into this branch, Jimmy was immediately empathetic and did all he could to get me a loan quick. I had come in on my lunch break and had to go back to work, but he was in contact with me all day via email and phone trying his best to do what he could for my situation. Everything ended up working out despite the time crunch and I OWE IT ALL TO JIMMY. What a great, caring employee. Couldn't imagine or have asked for better customer service. So thankful for caring people like Jimmy.. never leaving NuVision because of him!

The dealer finance our car through this Credit Union, after a few days a representative call us to check if everything was ok (Ivan) he offered to consolidate some of our credit card debts and lower our interest rate on another car we own. He made all the process VERY Smooth and VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE really apreciate your help. THANK YOU IVAN!!!
