High end stuff I can get elsewhere. Older employees that take too long to help. Parking is too small and too expensive for what you get. Inventory is limited. Visual merchandising is lacking.

Great location! Always getting new items in for indoor and outdoor plants. Best customer service!!! These people know their plants and they want to help! You can even have them help with design and theirs lifetime guarantee on plants. Once I was looking for citrus trees which they were out of, so the gentleman helping me went out of his way to search which locations in area had them. I went down to liguna niguel for them happily. Thank you to the amazing people and plants here!

I went in today to grab some soil and a pot for a Tiger Lily and was helped by the women working that gave me very good advice on another plant I struggle with keeping alive. They even offered to help if I had issues and was told to come in with photos. I feel a lot better about caring for plants knowing I have some help! The employees were awesome and so kind. Will definitely come back for my gardening equipment :) The pots were also very inexpensive compared to other gardening shops I've been to before.

This Armstrong has been our "go to" nursery for years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.A few weeks ago we worked with team member Courtney. She spent an amazing amount of time helping us select the right plants and presented many great additional ideas for our project. A few of the plants weren't available - no problem - she ordered and we picked up within the week.Courtney is exceptional.Thank you Armstrong.

Place has a good variety of plants but impossible to buy them. Stood at check out stand ... waited, waited , waited an employee talking with another in middle of store says I'll be right there. So I waited , waited , waited turned around both employees gone. Should I leave my cart, then a 3rd guy runs up frantic says hi then says I'll be right back and runs out the back of the store. I left. I'll go over to Rogers Garden by my house, little pricer but I won't be wasting my time.

Wow. I bought a fountain there in May and I needed it delivered to Norco. Found out it was going to cost me more to move it and have it set up than the fountain cost. So yesterday I went in and ask if I could get the money refunded or put on a gift card. They happily did that - no questions asked. Needless to say because of their great service and attitude I promptly turned around and spent the gift card on pots and dirt! I loved the help I got picking out just the right pots for my patio. Plus she told me about a senior discount! Woo hoo!

This review Is for the outstanding customer service that Jonathan provided me over the weekend. I have always gone to Armstrong's Garden's when I want to purchase high-quality plants or flowers but I'm willing to pay a tiny bit more, or when I truly need need an expert's advice. This time my dog had eaten some berries from a tree in our backyard and was sick, and I didn't know if I needed to take her to the vet or not. She had mild symptoms like not eating and threw up one time, but I could tell she definitely wasn't feeling herself. I went to Home Depot and no one could identify the leaves or berries from the tree limb I brought, and then I went to Armstrong's Garden's and asked several people there including Jonathan. Jonathan went above and beyond and took a picture of the tree branch, blasted it out to all of his colleagues and within two hours was able to call me back with the name of the tree and let me know that per Google search it was not toxic to dogs but could cause G.I. upset.I can't tell you how thankful I was for his amazing follow up and his willingness to go out of his way to help a customer. I have such a warm and fuzzy spot for Armstrong's Garden's now and it's my garden shopping destination of choice now.Thank you Jonathan you truly make a difference :)

This is now my favorite Armstrong. Trust me when I say the staff here is extremely knowledgeable. (Shhhh, several of them used to work at Roger's Gardens). The service here is SO attentive and fast, -and as I said knowledgeable. The prices are absolutely fair. There is plenty of parking. This place is right next to Newport Blvd./55.

What a great experience! We just moved into a new condo and received a discount card in the mail. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lady at the register who gave our dog a treat and then directed us to Hector, who helped with purchasing the perfect indoor plant. Then we went outside and Ted gave us lots of information about the best type of plants and potting for our location. It was easy, reasonably priced and the staff was fantastic:

This place is a real deal nursery with knowledgeable staff and a way better variety of flowering plants than you will find at a Wal-Mart, Home Depot or Lowe's. They also have trees ,shrubs and herbs spices and vegetable plants in a peaceful garden setting. Everything you need for your garden.
