Had issues trying to return my shoes I bought online. Staff was very friendly and went beyond to fix my issue and get me my return. I was able to grt my metcon9 in black easyon great shoes for working out.

Nike should be ashamed of the staff employed here. When your slogan is Just Do It and floor associates do nothing, It's not a good look for the brand. If your going to buy Nike, go to the Grove LA; their floor associates are willing to be helpful to a remarkable degree.

I came to this store to pick up an order, none of the employees offer to help. There were so busy talking to each other. I was looking for other shoes and still nobody offer to help. No greeting, no nothing. Horrible service!!

Good store, they carry most Nike brands but their selection is very limited. It’s clean and organized. There are always associate to help.

I came in looking to buy an outfit for a present..There were 4 employees..Two girls taking to each other and 2 guys on the other side of the store sameway...Not 1 person offered help...No greeting no acknowledge, nothing. So we left

Two stars for the layout. The shoes and clothes are nicely displayed, although it is a more limited selection than most shoe stores. Only the most popular styles are on the rack. The service was appalling, as others have described. Every single employee were standing around gossiping and throwing paper receipt basketballs around, completely ignoring the customers. Another Yelper used the phrase "kids in the high school quad" and that was dead on accurate. No eye contact with customers, completely turning their backs on you. We finally walked up and asked someone for help pulling a couple sizes and he literally sighed and grabbed the shoe and walked away. We quickly tried on the shoes and found the sizes we needed, but decided not to buy from this store as a matter of principle. We will order the shoes online.
