This place has hit the skids big time. Waste of money and unfriendly workers, it’s like they don’t even want your business. Didn’t bother to do the spray on wax they charge $20 extra for (most car wash places have up to 3 spray-on waxes – this place can’t even muster 1). Further, I paid for Armor All on the tires, they didn’t do this either. Quite possibly the worst car wash for the highest price I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been getting car washes for decades. AVOID or you’ll be kicking yourself like I am. No pride in their work. I don’t even know how they are in business. Unbelievably awful.

At the risk of sounding cliche, I never post negative reviews but felt the need to in this instance. This place is apparently under new ownership...and normally with takeovers you would expect changes, even an increase in price, especially with inflation, but this is ridiculous. The price rose by nearly double from the last time I got a wash, and when I approached the man at the desk, his reply was simply that it was "still the cheapest in Costa Mesa". No explanation of why such a drastic increase or any semblance of decent customer service.
I used to come here regularly for a good carwash at a reasonable price, but that is clearly no longer the case at this establishment. I paid significantly more money, just to receive an objectively inferior wash job.
I will never go back here, don't waste your money.

For 89.99 I expected my car to be a little more taken care of. I will say my car was messy due to my kids but the reality is I let the person know that and that was his a la carte price.
There was still crumbs and more in the back seat and mats weren’t even put back in place. Tires were not cleaned and now with further inspection wheels were not even touched. Vents were not cleaned and speedometer wasn’t cleaned along with ac controls in the rear
I will not be going here again and I suggest you do the same!

It's just a car wash like at a gas station, they don't even provide those clean towels like other car washes, just a vacuum and air hose. I had to go and finish cleaning my car somewhere else, not a good look guys ?!

They said they’re open until 4 pm on Sunday, showed up at 3:30pm, they’re not taking anymore cars. Showed up the Monday after Tropical Storm Hilary which struck last summer on Sunday. Google sad they would be open on Monday, they were closed all day. Both the owner and the manager of this place are too lazy to update their hours on Google.

THIS IS MY CAR AFTER I PAY AN INTERIOR DETAIL $150!! They said 2hrs and it took 4hrs.
After 3 hours my car was ready, but when I got to the car it looked they didn’t clean at all my painel and console (the soda I dropped on the console was there). So I showed how dirty it was and the guy took almost another hour to clean the car again and still gave me the car like this. It’s not a interior detail, they vacuum and wipe your car! That’s it

The prices are extremely reasonable and there is a spacious indoor/outdoor waiting area. I could see that the employees were doing a diligent job cleaning the car as they scrubbed the inside of the cup holders, in between the seats, and hit all the spots that often go missed at other car washes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my Diamond Wash and I will return.

We have been getting our cars washed here for years. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

The last time I brought my car in for a cleaning they did an excellent job. The exterior was nice and shiny and the interior wasultra clean for $26. I got the same wash today and I was surprised the car was finished in 20 minutes. The outside looked pretty nice and clean but the interior was not up to par with how they normally clean it. It looked like they just quickly wiped some things down but did not pay attention to a lot of residue that was left behind. A lot of things didn't even get wiped down or cleaned inside. The mats weren't even cleaned. I'm so disappointed and will not be returning to this car wash.

I have been searching for a full service carwash since 2021. Oh my the prices for a basic wash has gone up to $40. I found one foe $25, was there for 2 hours. I found this one and I love it!!!!Pricing starys at $13.99. In and out in under an hour and my car is detailed clean.I paid $39.99, because my car was super dirty inside from being ungaraged for 6 weeks and dogs I do not own.I did try the $13.99 a month later. Still great service and clean. This place knows how to compete with the 5 Express self service car washes.Services: Auto detailing
