can't say enough good things about Jeff and Eddie at Newport Mesa Auto! When someone hit my parked car and left a note, I wanted to avoid the insurance hassle. These guys came through with an incredibly fair quote and got my car looking flawless in no time. I was amazed at how quickly they turned it around—I wasn't out of a car for long at all!
The damage included a dent and some deep scratches on my door, but now it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Their attention to detail is immaculate. Not only did they restore my door to brand-new condition, but they also made me feel totally confident throughout the process.
What sets them apart is their passion—you can tell they truly love what they do. They even gave me a tour of their classic car collection, which made me feel like I was in the hands of experts who go above and beyond. They are personable, trustworthy, and really care about delivering top-notch service. So glad I found them! Thanks again, guys!

Man, these guys, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and great mechanics and they do great bodywork also I was in an accident and ruined my Honda pilot. They made my car look new again, thanks guys

We took our Ford Econoline to Newport Mesa Auto Collision and Body after no one else could fix it. We were even referred to Jeff and Eddie by another mechanic. They are a mechanic's mechanic and know their stuff inside and out. Recently, they helped us with our Mustang, and once again, their service was top-notch. They listen, find solutions, and offer great prices. Best customer service ever! Thank you again! Super great Father and Son duo

Love this Auto Repair! Completely professional and 100% trust worthy. As a woman, NOT exactly car savvy one, it’s comforting to know I will not be taken advantage due to my lack of knowledge. All the details for my BMW X5, any repairs and general upkeep required is explained to me clearly in Layman’s terms, handled in the upmost timely manner as well as priced reasonably and fairly. Honest and Hard Working!! If you've ever had a bad experience with a mechanic I suggest you come here and give yourself a break. They got me in and out super fast and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. they also didn't try selling me anything I didn't need which was a huge relief because mechanic's I've gone to in the past have. this is the place to go!

this place is a joke.. i took my car there and jeff tried to fix it, but put in 2 faulty engines and then i broke down on grapevine twice.. i finally went to subaru and they told me he didn't even replace the gaskets. he forgot to put the water reservoir for the wipers.. also he removed and did not replace the brand new air conditioning unit. i tried to get a partial refund which he agreed to but never went thru with it. he had my car for 9 months and couldn't fix it...subaru said to sue him... beware of this place ITS A SCAM... i even gave them 3k to start.. i guess that's on me..... heads up people... if there was a negative star review i would have used that...i just think that if you have someone fix your car it should last the week...!!!!
