My worst experience of getting my BMW X5 happened here recently. Met with a minor accident which damaged (minor) to the rear bumper. I gave my car to Newport FMC thinking that it’s close to my house and authorized by BMW so better give them to fix it. It was initially told me that it will take 2 weeks to fix it as it was minor damage it was too much time but still I gave my car there to fix it and they kept the car for over a month and every time keep giving some excuses. I had to follow up so many times with them, except of one or two time never came any update from them, I had to follow up with them to get to know the status. In the end they handed over the car without properly explaining the expenses and parts they have replaced. I would never recommend anyone to give their car to them to fix it.Service: Body & Trim

Cannot recommend this place more. My daughter's friend who is like a Son to me, brought his Mercedes Benz CLA250 that was in accident in. The Service Writer Sean Trimbon, took care of him. Not only was the price very fair but the quality of work was terrific. Sean kept us up to date through the entire process, and returned the car in perfect condition sooner than we expected. They do great work over their, and plenty of cool cars to look at.Services: Painting

Brough my 2023 Range Rover sport with 3k miles on it. It took over three months to have it fixed waiting for parts and when I went to wash it today the part I was supposedly waiting for was the old lower body part just double sided tapped to the door. The door that was replaced has high paint spots on it near the edges and the front door they also removed was also seriously out of alignment.The car came back to me covered in swirl marks and the black area around the window has scuff marks that were clear coated over. They were constantly complaining about working on range rovers. I brought them a new car and what I got back is no where near that.Services: Painting

I had several deep scratches on my front bumper from a curb and they were able to repair it and it now looks brand new.

My first time to this collision estabilshment , I got rear ended and damage to my rear bumper was very small , I could say less than half inch in total , I was in the area and I had spare time and stopped by to get an estimate , To fix a tiny damage I was told would be around $2800-$3200 .........Even most likely other parties insurance going to cover the repair bill , I still think it is outraugese $$$ ...................

My Porsche was badly rear ended late last year and ended up at Newport Ferrari & Maserati Collision. The attention to detail, process steps, checks and balances and status chats along the way was outstanding. I would highly recommend these guys

Bobby is probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life. Bobby was short and condescending. I tried ask him some questions and he literally tore my head off telling me his "40 years in business" should be enough for me.

Someone ran into my car and I didn't think it would ever be the same. This facility made sure all parts used were certified BMW parts; they even helped me with my insurance company (which was a pain) and when I got the car back ... it looked amazing and it drove perfectly.

Bobby Krips was my advisor for my claim. He is not only very friendly, courteous but knowledgeable about the insurance companies and explained the process. Bobby was very helpful and patient. My car took two weeks to repair and came back in perfect condition.
