Great customer service! I needed house numbers and was feeling the size was puny. The lady at the counter asked how the house was situated: up from the road but only 20' from the sidewalk. She agreed a bit larger would be better. She found numbers which were perfect and just a few dollars more. So happy with the service!

Tons of different knobs and handles for any typeOf home renovations. The number of vendors and the choices are limited. A bit pricier than other places and typically orders are shipped in 2 weeks.

My husband and I stopped in to New York Hardware today to look for new kitchen pulls and knobs. While they have a great collection of options, during the 15 minutes we were there neither of the two sales associates posted at their desks even acknowledged us. I won't be back--

Been buying locks for large doors 2 1/2 - 2 1/4 and guy behind the counter knows his locks. I even messed up ordered two right handed locks and he was able to reverse them for me without issues.

I've been involved in the renovation and refurbishment of historic buildings for several decades. Discovering New York Hardware, I felt like a kid in a candy store. They have the best selection of custom, vintage and historic fixtures I've ever seen. Jennifer and the team are very knowledgeable and accommodated some tricky international shipping arrangements for me. For unique fixtures for custom or historic work, I can't recommend New York Hardware more highly.
