Worse gas station in USA, came in got in line clerk is talking to a random guy about drugs and alcohol. Waited there 3-4 minutes never help me. Had to leave to gas station across street which is nicer anyways. This happened 2/26/23 4:45pmLast time I go to that gas station

I went in on Monday to get gas and a wash...pulled around and found the wash was down. No signs at the pumps. Today is Thursday. I went in, asked about the wash. They have NO clue when it'll be fixed. Just come back later and hope it is. My debit card wasn't accepted (used it recently, so I knew it worked!) and the clerk was useless! She handed the lottery ticket to me, let me walk about THEN had to run after me as I was starting my car! No apology! The manager was the rudest I've ever encountered. Who says their employee is great and they're "crushing it" in front of an angry customer who's had to come back into the store much less come back more than once to get the wash I paid for? Not only am I changing gas stations I'm going to change chains and go out of my way to do so from now on. What would have satisfied me? The manager attempting to run the transaction, giving me some kind of an idea when the wash would be fixed, and offering to upgrade my wash or to refund my money with some kind of apology for the inconvenience. I really got the feeling they really didn't care about the wash being down. I felt the clerk's manner toward me was implying I had no money or it was my cards fault it wouldn't go through. I tested my card at another store and took care to use it the same way--no issue. Bad service, bad wash, bad everything.

I have been going to this gas station for a while now.. The rep Ravi she always delivers exceptional customer service. If i am looking for something she always goes out of her way to find it for me. Its always her customer service and courteous nature which brings me back to the store. Thanks for all the hard work and commitment towards the customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came to wash my car. Perfectly fine. When I went to fill up my tire. I paid 2 dollars to turn on the pump, only to find out the tire hose was broken. When I went inside, the lady at the register said if I paid it was too late. I explained that's not the issue. Issue is I paid and the hose is broken. Still refused to refund me. Mind you it's only 2 dollars but it's the principle. She tried to tell me no one told her it was broken. Then said it's her job to check isn't it? Other people may pay to find out it's broken and you not refunding is stealing. Again she said nothing she can do. I asked who do I speak with. She said I don't know. Again. It's the principle of it.
