If I can give this store a lower than one star I would, customer service is so bad I went in today to purchase a bag and clothes and no one in the store attended or even asked me if I needed help.

I wish I had something positive to say about this location. My wife and I have been shopping at Miu Miu for years and have always had amazing experiences ( and purchases!)While visiting the area we decided to stop by this location as we had never been but hear its location was one of the best.Me, my wife, and my daughter ( a 3 year old. but fashion fanatic ) walked into the store while shopping at south coast. We had just went into a Gucci and ysl and had bags from both stores (the big bags...) while my wife was looking at my a few bags with an associate I was a little but far off and I do now know if she did not see me behind her but one of the managers (a older white lady) named Kelly told another associate" I wish these dirty Mexicans would get out of my store they are making a mess."I was completely floored and said excuse me ma'am to which she turned around completely red and said " oh I didn't say anything" and immediately walked away.My daughter had a pretzel she was eating as a snack which had left no mess any where or crumbs. ( used to shopping in luxury stores I know the urgency on cleanliness and appreciate it).to say the I was floored was an understatement as she said it in east shot of my 3 year old daughter.

This review is specifically for their boba event for the new collection. SCP posted a picture and saying that the boba is free without purchase (now deleted text) and I went to check it out since it's so cool! When we got there, the staff said only with purchase...I said oh that strange bc the SCP said no purchase is necessary. Anyway, there must be some miscommunication between them and SCP. We went in to check out their collection. No one was helping us or asking if we needed help and a couple girls must be their regulars were just chit chatting with the sa and sipping the boba even they didn't buy anything. Cool concept but disappointing event. The PR of miu miu should be responsible for it. If the brand decided to throw a big party, they should have estimated numbers of people and making sure people would get something as long as they have supplies. If they are being stingy, don't throw a party like this.

First time walking into this store to see a purse I've been looking at online. Was thinking to get it in store if i like how it look in person. Omg this place have the worse customer service. On Saturday 12/18 around 2pm. When I walk in security by the door doesn't greet you at all. The asian lady working there doesn't even say hi. Not even one word from her. But I still went ahead and look around. I saw the purse I wanted and actually liked it in person. She kept staring at me from a distant. Still, she doesn't say a word. Starting to feel awkward, but I still browse around. Thinking should I just get it or order online. Then when I walked out no one say a good. Wow! Even Gucci, lV , cartier , Dior , and so on have way better customer service! I ended up ordering online. Also, whatever I touched she would go there and fix it. Haha

I'm obsessed with Miu Miu shoes! I love glitter, crystals, and shoes. Miu Miu has it all! I was in search of a particular sneaker. I called the store to see if they had the shoe I wanted and in my size. The lady who answered the phone was so friendly and very helpful. She found the shoes, and she was able to put them on hold for me. I made the drive to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. When I arrived, I told the lady I called and put shoes on hold. She found them, and I tried them on. They fit perfectly, and they were gorgeous in person! I bought them and was very happy with the customer service and my shoes. I also love the pink box and shopping bag! I can't wait to buy more shoes!

Where do I start from? This store takes the cake when it comes to customer service. I purchased a Miu Miu bag a couple of months ago. The jewel flap kept snapping out. It was quite frustrating. I took it to this store. Truly exceptional customer service by Ramon. From the time I walked into the store I had a very positive experience with Ramon. He greeted me with a smile and addressed the issue right away. He made sure that he contacted the New York store and got back to me promptly to tell me that they were going to take care of the issue. I'm very impressed with his prompt service, courteousness, empathy and his willingness to go above and beyond.

Hello Yelp, I tried on a pair of shoes that would not meet my standards price wise. Not a fan, but at the same time i can not exactly hate this store either. Who am i to judge the work of another man. I give it 2 STARS. DO not come here because if you get your shoes at Payless Footwear (thats where i got mine) you will save about half a bankroll in total. I love and indulge in luxury, but I hate the service of luxury store employees. Every single employee I've encountered within this mall is pompous and belittling--except for Miu Miu employees. I came in on a Friday evening looking to buy things from stores excluding Miu Miu. Ironically, I ended up only purchasing from Miu Miu. The employees, Molly and a man whose name I did not catch, working that day were very open and they were not selectively giving good service. The pair answered my incessant questioning and frantic decision-making with dignity and patience, not ignoring me at all (the way Gucci employees do bc I look young and unable lol). TLDR; I honestly chose to purchase from Miu Miu because of how good the service was (apart from my lust for the item I was looking at).
