Big shoutout to Mike for his outstanding TV repair service! He offered a fantastic deal, was on time, and had excellent communication. Mike miraculously fixed our TV way before the expected time, saving us from the unimaginable horror of spending Christmas with the in-laws without a TV! Highly recommended for anyone who values great service and wants to keep their sanity intact during family gatherings.

This guy is awesome. He came out and diagnosed my TV. Instead of scamming me. He said buy a new TV. It will cost more to repair it than to buy a new one. I will definitely use this guy again. Thanks Mike

Mike's TV took advantage of my elderly in-laws. When their TV stopped working, Mike changed them $1,200 to replace a circuit board on a seven year-old TV which is probably worth $500. Less than a year later, the TV stopped working again. Luckily they had a two year warranty - so Mike came out, charged them another $195 to look at it and decided it's probably their receiver which is "above his pay grade" and left. But my favorite part of the story is that when they called Mike, he answered the phone but pretended to be someone else. Haaaaa. Please avoid this company.

Mike fixed my TV when I lost hope after trying two shops in OC. He was the most professional, honest, and experienced. The price was within reason. As soon as I talked to him on the phone, I realized that I was having an intelligent conversation with someone who was focusing on the problem, asking the right question. I was not surprised to hear that he had 40+ years of experience in TV repair. I know he probably does not need me to do a review for him because the word of mouth must be his best marketing tool. However, I like to show support for talent and human decency. If you are like me looking to hire the best in the business, look no further than Mike.

These are true examples of outstanding knowledge and customer service by people who really care and go above and beyond to help. Mike's TV Repair has earned my loyalty and I will recommend them to everyone. It was essential to find the power button on my very old Sony TV in order to "pair" my new cox remote with my TV.I was fortunate to find Mike's TV repair online and received an immediate text response from a tech rep that he was unavailable because he was in San Jose for technical training.Then, within seconds, on his own initiative, and literally the goodness of his heart, he started texting me and in just minutes and a few questions later, he helped me find the power button which even online Sony techs could not do!The next day, a rep from Mike's TV repair again exhibited great customer service when he responded to my voice mail offered that I could come to the shop and see if one of their old remotes will work to power on my TV!My sincere thanks and appreciation to both of these techs from Mike's TV repair and my loyalty forever.Miriam Zuckerman

Would not recommend. Prepaid $150 for repair he said would take one week and after four months still not done and stopped returning my calls. Never more!

This has got to be the best TV repair company in Orange County. The owner himself came out to my house within one hour after I spoke to him on the phone. He detected the problem of my 42” Toshiba flatscreen TV and his service call was very reasonable. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Very rare nowadays. I highly recommend this company. Don’t look any further

We called Mike to repair our Sony TV. Right from the start we were impressed with Mike. He was very professional, knowledgeable and asked great questions in order to determine what needed to be done. Not only was he able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was able to give us some incredibly valuable information in terms of how to update our overall system so things work better. He was actually very knowledgeable about cable companies, digital systems, etc. And of course, it's always appreciated when people are on time and communicate. I would highly recommend Mikes TV Repair for your television repair needs. He is dependable, honest and very straightforward regarding the problem and what the repair cost would be. He even gave a loaner while he had the TV in his shop. He is very thorough and explains everything really clearly. Very happy we found him!

After our cat urinated on the back of our TV, we call Mike's TV Repair Shop to see if it could be serviced and saved. They we're extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and though our TV could not be saved, I appreciated their honestly and integrity. Would definitely recommend them!
